Description of Work: Very prompt service, to check the A/C units for spring. Cost was reasonable and explanation of service excellent.

Description of Work: Cody responded to my cry for help fairly quick. He showed up when he said he would. He called ahead of time as he said he would. He let me know what it was wrong with my AC and how much would be to fix it. It took him less than an hour to get it going. I am very thankful for his promptness to respond and the work done.

Description of Work: Previous owner had new HVAC unit installed. It was installed with the heater exhaust in attic; it "vented" though a vent. Not per code and possible dangerous. BAY AREA AC HEATING AND PLUMBING came out and vented heater exhaust outside; he had to call a roofer in also since needed to fix the shingles around the new vent. |I had another quote and Bay Area was 2/3 the cost. I would use them again.

Description of Work: He came to check what the problem could be. He was honest and said it would be better to see if it was under warranty and maybe I needed an Electrician. |I was very happy with the service!

Description of Work: I called Cody in a panic with a true emergency at 7:30am on a Saturday. My hot water heater was leaking. They are placed in my attic, and started to leak through the Sheetrock. I had a waterfall in my house. He reacted quickly telling me how to shutoff the heaters, and was in my driveway in half an hour. He diagnosed the problem, and was able to temporarily bypass the problem area which allowed me to have hot water until Monday when he an his crew came in to replace both tanks.

Description of Work: Cody wit Bay Area came out on a Sunday & fixed my capacitor on my Air Conditioner. Services were fast & efficient

Description of Work: I had a leak in the line of my A/C and they stopped it and put in a cut off switch in case it started happening again. I was very please, because their work was excellent. They explained everything and I would recommend them to everyone. Cody came out on a Saturday for me and took care of the problem he is great!!

Description of Work: They came out same the same day I reached out to them, within a couple of hours really. Fixed leaking unit and quoted me on 2 new units. No high pressure sales, just honest conversation.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $59 for $100 worth of plumbing work and there were extra fees as the toilet repair was more than was covered by the deal.

Description of Work: Although I did not end up needing AC service Cody from bay area ac and heating reached out to me by phone and promised to research a certain part number I needed for my outside unit. He in no way had to do that for me since I would not need his services. The next day he texted me the exact part number I needed. Cody, u are a straight up honest guy. Thank u for doing that for me!

Took the time to thoroughly service my ancient system, explain future complications with the type of freon it uses, and recommend a couple of options for when I was interested in replacing the unit. There was never any pressure to buy anything and every question was answered thoroughly and with documentation (if available). Feel great about using them and would highly recommend.
