Did not use them, they wanted me to pay $99.00 before they would tell me what the job cost. Stated if they are used the $99.00 would apply to the work. I can understand that for a large job but seems a little ridiculous on small jobs.

He was here for 45 minutes, that was way too pricey. The service was good and the technician was professional but the price was too exuberant. They lost my business right there. Everything but the pricing was good. he was very price and knowledgeable. They did not spring the price on me but they had me there because he had to get the sink cleaned. They are a good company, they are fast, punctual, and everything was good but the pricing was way too much.

I was pleasantly surprised to be given a 30-minute appointment window for the day following my call. The plumber, Matt, called me during the appointment time to let me know he would be 15 minutes late. When he arrived I was impressed with his professional and friendly manner. Matt listened to my explanation of the problem and presented two options for repair with price quotes prior to beginning work. The work was completed in a timely manner and the work area was left clean.

Plumber showed up within 30 minutes. Assessed the job very quickly, estimate was a bit high to start, but after more discussion, it was clear he was presenting worst case. Partner showed up shortly after with a new commode, and the work was done very quickly. Loved that they wore shoe coverings as soon as they entered the house. Very safe, deliberate and responsible in their work. Clean and outstanding craftsmanship. Agustin was the lead plumber, Matt was his apprentice.

Matt came out on time and with advanced notice, inspected what was needed, provided the quote and got to work upon agreeing to the cost. He was exceptionally thorough and detailed as he chiseled out the rotted one and replaced it with another one. He even then went to get another flange with a deeper shaft as he did not like the way the first replacement was holding. Our bathroom was spotless after his departure. Would highly recommend them.

Matt C. was my service tech and he was GREAT. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He provided a careful diagnosis by asking me questions, listening to me, and explaining a course of action (with options). He answered all of my questions and helped me be comfortable with the decision I made with respect to fixing the drain in our shower. He was quick, efficient, and had a good sense of humor and professionalism throughout the entire appointment. From the time I booked with Jean from the office, to Matt's checkout/payment process, all was truly exceptional and professional. And, the best part -- they are a local company. It is great to support a company that is part of the community who offers fair pricing. I would not hesitate to call them again. Great experience overall.

The technician was on time. He gave an complete estimate before any work was performed. he explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He had to dig up our flower bed, but he back filled it when he was done. Very professional. would use them again.

Tree roots had gotten into the sewer plumbing from under the Master Bedroom toilet, and caused the toilet to plug and leak. Matt From Alliance came out to give us an estimate on the issue. Alliance provided a quote/estimate that included details including a list of work items to be completed, and that they would be handling the necessary paperwork (permitting), and that all excavation and back-fill would be included. Basically, their estimate write-up didn't leave me with questions. there was a 2-3 hour delay in getting the excavator crew to the house to begin their work. This resulted in me having to take off an extra day of vacation to be there for the project. Matt from Alliance was professional, and kept us informed pretty well throughout the project. While he was there with the camera system, he checked all of the other 1st floor sewer piping to verify that there were no other problems in the system. I am currently preparing to have Alliance come back out to another plumbing job.

Everything went great. The technician (plumber?) showed up on time. Her performed the kitchen sink faucet repair and showed me how to do it in the future if the problem re-occurred. We added the outdoor spigot repair which required soldering a new length of pipe onto the original pipe. He was able to get this done quickly and well. The cost was a bit high, as it is with all plumbing work. We did not get competitive bids as we have used Alliance for years and have been extremely happy with their work, if not their prices.

Our 28 year old sewage grinder pump failed and we discovered it Sunday evening when our holding tank overflowed. Without sewer, we had to stay in a hotel. Called Alliance early Monday morning and they promised a tech out that afternoon. When the owner Kelly found out we were staying in a hotel, he came out that morning. He spent about 30 minutes fully understanding our system but couldn?t diagnose it until the tank was pumped out. He gave recommendations on septic companies we could call to pump out the tank. Then he gave me his cell to call as soon as the tank was empty. We had the tank pumped late Tuesday morning and Kelly and Steven were out early Tuesday afternoon. They determined the pump and at least one of the float switches needed to be replaced. Kelly had already scouted out a new pump and had someone drive into Houston to pick it up that afternoon. Wednesday morning first thing Steven, Robert, and Kelly came out to do the new installation. This included the new pump, new float switches, and necessary electrical work to the control panel. The control panel had been rewired at some point and they needed to call in an electrician to help get it all figured out, but didn?t change our quoted price. We were up and running again Wednesday afternoon. For all the work they did, the price was very reasonable. This is a top notch company. Kelly gave us priority due to our situation and did a lot of the work himself. Kelly, Steven and Robert were entirely professional plus pleasant people to deal with. Steven even came back 2 more times to make sure the float switches were working as they should. Excellent service.

Steven was fantastic. He was able to come about an hour after I placed my service call. He was professional, diligent, and showed great courtesy to me as a customer. He fixed the problem quickly, and discussed some other plumbing-related issues we were having. Exactly the kind of interaction you would want when having a service professional visit your home. His honesty and professionalism have guaranteed that we will call Alliance again and personally request him in the event we have another plumbing issue.

He did great work and the toilet has been great

Found no plumbing issue. (Faulty motherboard in the electronics.) Called back without prompting to check and see if problem remained resolved as when they unplugged and restarted the electronics, the washer proceeded to drain. The problem turned out to be the electronics and can be jollied along with simply restarting the device.

The two-man team from Alliance (both named Matt) did a great job for us. They successfully made use of an existing 4-inch PVC pipe in which to run the gas line, bypassing the need to dig a new trench and saving us at least $1500. The work was clean and neat, and sailed through the city inspection. Everyone at Alliance was a pleasure to work with, courteous and professional, and highly responsive to questions and scheduling requests. I've used them for several other jobs as part of a large project in our home in recent weeks, and received two personal followup calls from the company's owner to make sure we were satisfied with their service. Their prices may be slightly higher than some of their competition (the only area I did not give an A grade), but you get what you pay for, and to me it is entirely worth it. I anticipate calling them first for my future plumbing needs.

This was the third time the plumbers came to our house for a leak under our kitchen sink. On the first visit Carl noticed a crack in the sink and suggested that we call when we bought a new sink. He put a sealant on the crack. We called the next day which was Good Friday to schedule installing the new sink we bought. Augustin installed our beautiful new sink that day. About two weeks later I noticed there was still a leak. Steven came the next morning. He used his smart phone to take a picture of where the leak was coming from. He turned the water to the house off and replaced the angle steps and tee on the water line to the ice maker. This part was behind the disposal. When Steven completed the installation he took another photo of the new connections. We appreciated these visuals of the progress.

The work was done on Good Friday. Alliance Plumbing fitted us in that day. We had family coming that night for Passover and I needed a sink! Gary(name may be wrong) had come the day before and discovered a crack in our sink which he applied a glue to. He suggested that we call Alliance when we purchase a new sink. He was busy with another job the next day. The next morning we called to set up an appointment which they informed me they would fit us in. Augustin came earlier than I expected which was good. During the installation he asked me which side I wanted the disposal and gave instructions on the features of the new sink.The sink came with a slightly bent corner which he straightened. I needed the sink and did not have time to exchange it. He finished just when our family arrived. We are very happy with our new sink! Augustin did an excellent job.

I was glad that Carl replaced the cut off valve. This will prevent future leaking problems. Carl was very professional. He was very careful not to damage anything where he was working. He very carefully put things back where they were and cleaned up everything.

We began a complete gut/remodel of our kitchen, doing all the work ourselves except the new vinyl flooring. The remodel involved moving our refrigerator to a different wall. When I closed the shutoff valve for the fridge water supply, it didn't stop the water completely. Not a problem, I thought, I'll just replace the valve. One turn of my wrench and the valve broke off -- turns out the builder had put an iron elbow onto a copper pipe, and the whole thing corroded. It had probably been dripping for years inside the wall. Since we were moving the fridge anyway, I called Alliance (who we have used many times) to get them to cap the old water supply pipe. I also wanted them to replace the shutoff valves for the sink since we would be tackling that next, and I didn't want a hassle if they didn't stop the water completely. Stephen arrived on time and began work. He quickly capped the defective fridge supply pipe, and then he replaced the hot water valve under the sink with 2 90-degree all-metal valves, one for the faucet and one for the dishwasher. He also replaced the cold water supply with a 90-degree all-metal valve. I wish I'd have thought of doing that -- if I need to disconnect the dishwasher, the faucet still has water, and vice-versa. All this work was in the neighborhood of $500 and change. We asked Stephen about pulling cold water to the fridge icemaker. He got up in our attic and asked us to make a note of what he was tapping on. When he came down, he said a cold water pipe ran down the wall right where we wanted the fridge to go. We arranged to call Alliance back when we finished getting the old cabinets out of the way so the fridge work could be done. Stephen came back out a few weeks later and braised a "T" onto the cold water pipe in the wall, ran a short length of new Pex to a new 90-degree all-metal valve for the fridge water supply, and mounted everything into a plastic wall housing. It looks good, a nice professional finish. This second job was $590. We like Alliance Plumbing because they're punctual, professional, they do good work, and they have a price sheet for jobs, so you know what it's going to cost up front -- no surprises. Their prices usually seem higher than what I expect a job to cost, but to be fair, nobody calls a plumber when their day is going great.

They're very good. They did a lot of education. They were friendly and willing to share information. The price was reasonable.

It was kind of expensive but it went okay.

They come out and have done plumbing for me before inside my house but this is the first time outside and I would say they leave everything looking just as it did before they got there. They have booties when they come in. They were super nice and they clean up after themselves. They look neat with their uniforms. Their truck has a plumber's picture on it with their name. One time I had a problem and they came right out, no questions asked, no charge and no nothing. I love them. You get what you pay for.

I phoned Alliance and described my problems on Monday. A represenative was scheduled for the next day, came out, and did the work in about three hours.

Carl and his helper took many hours to get the job done because of the difficulty. What should have been an easy job wasn't. I do NOT think it was anything Carl did or did not do. The complex is old and often has sewer issues. He was very professional and kept me informed to all he was doing. I felt confident that he would repair the problem and he did. I would certainly use Alliance Plumbing again. I found the staff to be very helpful also.

I am Service Partner at a cost of $119.40 per year. the benefit is same day service, no emergency service fee, annual inspection, and 15% discount. When the plumber arrived he said the cost to clear the drain was $240 less my 15% discount. We then had him replace the pop-up drain assembly and I understood the cost to be less than $200. When the job was done he said the $240 cost included my 15% discount and the cost to replace the pop-up assembly was $231. I paid the invoice for $471 (240 plus 231) and phoned the office. I was told she would talk to the plumber when he came in. Other plumbers in the area advertise the cost to clear a drain much less and I should have called one of them. I did not here from the office and will not use them again.

1. Came within 30 minutes of our call and replaced piping and installed new shutoff valve. 2. Drained and removed old hot water tank in a clean fast manner 3. Installed new tank-less system including replacing old galvanized pipe with PEX. Unit was installed on an outside wall near gas meter. Cleaned up the area and called back after a day to ensure we were happy with the new system. We were and are. Give these pros our highest accolades
