Everyone from Alliance was exceptional; Kelley, the owner, was very thorough when giving the initial estimate, taking the time to explain exactly what would be done, and how it would be done - he patiently answered all my questions. The 4 plumbers were punctual (arriving everyday of the 4-day job at 7:30 am, as promised, and working until approx. 7:00 pm each day). They put down drop cloths everywhere, and took great care to clean up after themselves. Kelley (the owner) was on-site at least once or twice everyday (the crew were not subs; they are employees of the company). I believe they put in the extra effort needed to do the job right. The city inspector just left and commented, "These guys did good work!."

Everything had been fine. The price seemed about what I thought it would of been for the amount of time that he had spent.

Very professional and explained recommendations to replace one of the toilets; addressed all slow plumbing, but did not need to go beyond that...appreciated that only necessary replacements were done. Very accommodating, fair, and trustworthy. I would recommend them highly to anyone in the Clear Lake Area, or other parts of Houston, for that matter. Price reasonable for the work done.

Agustin was punctual and professional. He was also very nice about checking out the different faucets I had purchased, since I was not sure what would fit the install best, and worked on one project while I went back to the hardware store to get a different model of hot water dispenser. The items he installed are working very nicely. The only negative thing I could say about Alliance is that they may be a little more expensive than some other plumbers, but cost is not the most important thing to me compared to showing up on time and doing a good job.

It was excellent. We had a little problem with a part and they came out the day I called them and fixed it at no charge. They were extremely clean, came when they said they would, they put rugs out to walk across and they cleaned up well.

They charge 60.00 extra for a weekend call. Mr. Agustin Villa was extremely nice and considerate. Not only did he do a great job he also let me know of a coupon via internet that saved me 25.00. Also, he had advised me to insulate a pvc pipe that was on the other side of the house that faced extreme sun exposure. He said that within time the sun /heat would make the pvc more brittle. After he finished the work I went out to thank him and saw that he had just finished covering the sun exposed pipe with insulation . He did not charge me for this. I am very pleased!

The 'send' button was not even cold after I signed up for a subscription to Angie's list when I was in desperate need of a plumber. There was a strange leak of water coming from under my bedroom wall. It had just started but it was not to be ignored. I went to Angie's list, pulled up plumbers in my area and read several reviews. Alliance Plumbing caught my eye as they serviced my 'outpost' area of Houston and people had written good reviews. I placed the call early on a Monday morning, hoping that I could be visited within the week. More than I could hope for, an appointment was made for that day. Danny arrived on time. After that, I just have to say 'it was all in the experience one brings to his job' that sometimes can make a troubleshooting session a simple matter. After checking out the leak area and corresponding plumbing potential problems, he picked up one of the towels that were placed against the wall as a barrier. The water was very cold !! Right away, Danny determined it was not an ordinary pipe leak but something to do with the air conditioner in the attic above. Sure enough, the drain pipe had clogged. A routing out of the clog and the problem was solved. No more water was visible after a few hours and all dried up without any lasting problems as it was caught and corrected in a timely manner. Thanks, Danny, and Alliance for great work.. September 2010: Who knew ? I would need to call Alliance again for a blocked drain problem in my kitchen. Again, the company was responsive and prompt. It happened that Danny was on call again. After evaluation I was given 2 options of attack - 1 less expensive but not as complete (basically unclog the drain)... The 2nd option was about $100 over the first but required a much more intense cleaning of the drain as well as the pipes. I selected the 2nd as it made sense and had a longer waranty term. Danny went to work and when he was done, the clog was gone. The pipes had more drainage then I had seen in the 5 years I have owned the home. And as an extra bonus, my dishwasher now is doing a better job as well. So Alliance saved me the cost of a replacement dishwasher... Approx for the drainage cleanout was $300. Thanks again Alliance.

I called Kelly at 9am and within an hour someone was at my place. Super fast, friendly, didn't come up with extra things to charge me for. Danny replaced the broken parts in the toilets at a standard rate, I didn't feel like I was being ripped off with made up prices, which is nice. He gave me advice for what to do with the shower fixture and hot water heater. I couldn't have gotten better service, would absolutely recommend this company, and will definitely be calling them again.

We've used them several times over the years. We have probably used them ten times. We really like them. They are very professional and responsive. They are always on time. They are courteous and know their job. Their pricing has gone up because they have gone to a pricing schedule. Prior to this job it was very good. We would absolutely hire them again.

Everything was as predicted. However, the overall cost, while it was what had been planned, was quite high. I'd probably use them again for complicated work. They were very professional, always on time, clean, etc -- these are all good things.

They where nice but did not use service, cost seemed unfair and a bit higher than other companies. It also looked liek they were chanrging for work that was not needed.

Reviewed Angie's List and selected several plumbing companies. When I called Alliance Plumbing was able to speak to owner and he was familiar with my problem and told me that testing would have to be done to source of entry to loop plumbing so that it could be block off and re-ran in the attic. Danny, plumber assigned to my call immediately knew what to do and explained to me in layman's term what needed to be done and gave me an estimate he also mention testing had to be done to determine source of entry to loop and he would try his best to find it without having to needlessly make holes in my walls. Prior to them coming out we decided to turn off the water to the house to avoid any more damages from water leak so first thing Danny did was to fix it so that we could use the cold water. The next day he came out and found where the loop plumbing came from first thing (he had been thinking out it overnight) and he only needed to make one hole - that was a great relief. Danny was very professional and quality of service was excellent. He was careful not be damage anything and his work was very clean, they brought in drop cloths to line they walkway in and out of the house use a shop vac to vacuum and water and dust, made straight cuts into sheetrook, did a great job of soldering copper plumbing. He used new plumbing called wirebro to re-run plumbing in the attic. Danny didn't leave until all was cleaned up and verified no more leaks and water pressure was normal - no air in lines. I am a recent widow so was concerned about using just any plumber and being taken advantage due to having no knowledge of plumbing. I would use this company again and would insist they send Danny. I have worked in customer service for 30 years promoting quality service so I really appreciate it when I am treated in a way that addresses my concerns and gives me comfort in knowing i am in good hands. I was treated with professionalism from the time I made my call till the time the work was completed. I would recommend these guys!

I have used this company several times, the owner is honorable, hard working and a pleasure to work with! I now only call Alliance Plumbing when I need something done. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy!

They are good and courteous. They are a little expensive but it's a neighborhood business and I feel like helping out small business people in our neighborhood.

The quality of their work was good. They were punctual and responsive.

They did what they said they were going to do, and they did it professionally. They even wore little booties on their shoes when they went in to the house. They were able to call me when I was at work so I could leave work to meet them, and we met in a timely manner. The guy looked at my situation and took care of the business in quick time. He was very professional and very friendly. Their price was more than what I wanted to pay, but it is what everybody else wanted to charge me.

Kelly came out the same day to check out the water heater. He'd serviced this same unit two years ago. The pilot light wouldn't stay lit this time, and the distributor didn't have a replacement thermocouple. Kelly called me to get the info off the water heaters, and called the manufacturer to get the right part under warranty. The part was here in 2 days, and installed in no time. Alliance Plumbing really does perform work with integrity, and Kelly's responsiveness is above and beyond for this day and age. I'll continue to use Alliance for any future plumbing needs.

The piping was a mess under the sink so there was no easy way to replace the old P trap but they were able to make it work saving lots of money.

When they arrived they put booties on over their shoes. They showed me the price out of a book and said this was the price for the work no matter how long or complicated (no surprises). They fixed the bathtub faucet with no problem but the lavatory faucet would not cooperate. They replaced the stem and tried several things including calling another plumber to bring the brand name replacement stem and he tried to fix the leak. After they worked on it for a couple of hours there was still a slight leak and also it was leaking in a different place. I had had several leaks from this particular faucet in the 5 years we have had it. The plumber suggested that we had a bad faucet and that we should consider calling the manufacturer to see if they would replace it. He also did not charge me for fixing that faucet since, "we didn't fix it", even though they spent 2 hours on it. I got 2 new faucets from the manufacturer since they discontinued the color and I have 2 sinks in that vanity. The plumber installed the 2 new faucets for me. It was so nice to have a company who's priority is customer service. They were easy to contact, considerate of my house and didn't charge me for the faucet they couldn't fix. I'm totally impressed with this company. Others should take a lesson from them.

I had a pipe over my garage that sprung a leak-my wife noticed the water dripping through the ceiling. I couldn't patch it, so I called Alliance Plumbing. They came over the next day, cleaned up my botched repair work, and attached a clamp. No more leaky pipe! He even cleaned up my make-shift workspace that I left in the attic when I tried to repair it.

they showed up on time. They were pleasant on the phone and pleasant in person. The plumber told me that I could get the part for free and if he did it it would not be free. So that is what we did, we got the part and fixed the sink.

They did what they said they were going to do on time and at the price they quoted.

This was a positive experience with them. They responded to my needs quickly. The work was done just as they said. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

I was treated with dignity and the proper attention during the estimate. They were knowledgeable about what they were doing. The decision was made to go with another company because of price as their estimate was a few hundred dollars higher than another company's.
