Description of Work: Remove clog in bathroom shower drain

Description of Work: We had our service water pipe break between the city connection and the house. It was a swampy mess to say the least. I called early in the morning for service. Alliance called back quickly and set a time for the service technician to arrive. He was very punctual arriving. Spent some time finding the leak, but once found, he took care of the issue quickly and professionally. I was very pleased with the response and service from Alliance and I would use them again anytime. This problem was taken care of in less than a day.

Description of Work: Re-route of 2nd floor sewer drain pipe due to builder's poor original installation that caused a belly in the pipe. Original had four 90 degree turns in a 6 foot run from the upstairs toilet to the vertical drain pipe causing a slow drain and frequent stoppages. Obviously the builder did it to avoid a gas pipe. Poor foresight and design by the builder. Installation and re-route of 4" drain line (about 6 feet along with all connectors); replacement of toilet wax seal, etc. Also had to re-route the sink drain line due to the change in the route of the toilet drain line.

Description of Work: They fixed my disposal and then we had them replace two toilets at a later date. Excellent work.When we need a new water heater they will be the ones we call.

Description of Work: On a morning when my husband was out of town, I suddenly learned that an outdoor faucet had broken off and had sprung a really bad and constant leak. Alliance was quick to come out and had their plumber, Carl, call when he was on his way. He showed me how and why the faucet fixture had snapped off from being very old. Carl explained the different options of taking care of the faucet and ending the leak and gave me the estimate within less than 10 minutes. Because our house has old faucets outside and older plumbing in areas inside, I decided to also sign up for their 1 year service partner contract that saved me money on that day and will save me money if we have any future emergencies during this next year. Having an older home that we have lived in for only a year, I was glad to have the offer of such a contract that gives us future discounts and no extra charges for having any emergencies at night, on the weekend, or on holidays. I had seen that Alliance had good reviews on Angies list and I too am glad to give them and Carl a good review. Carl removed several bricks carefully so that he could go into the outside wall andfix theleak which was on a 1/2 inch copper line. since that faucet connection had once had a special connection that had years before allow one to fill the pool through an underground line, Carl replaced the old hose bibb vaccum breaker as well as connected the cooper pipe in the wall to a new facucet fitting. We will continue to usde the hose to fill the pool as previous owners had done and which has worked out well for us this past year. Carl was very good about explaining the course of action that he was taking since I opted to continue with filling the pool as needed with the hose.

This report is for the Alliance Plumbing operation owned by Kelly Caudel located at 15502 Old Galveston Road #608 in Webster, TX 77598. After completing the plumbing work at my home, I felt I should drop you a note to communicate my satisfaction with the work of your company and, in particular, that of your father Karl. The complete replacement of all bathroom fixtures, all supply lines in the house, all toilet bowl components, relocation of the hot water heater and repair to the garden tub overflow drain was very time consuming. The work was done in a very professional manner. Additionally, your placement of drop cloths, around the work areas, is very much appreciated. Again, thank you for your help with this project. It is a pleasure to work with such a professional company as was demonstrated with your quality craftsmanship.

Description of Work: They replumbed our entire 56-year-old house replacing laterals and drops. Our house is a custom-built 1950's ranch-style house with some imaginative plumbing. They did excellent work and in several places, they were creative in getting around problem areas.

Description of Work: I called Alliance when my drain clogged up and I couldn't wash the dishes or clothes. They came out, took off the "p" trap and tried to clear the drain from the sink, then had to snake under the house to get the drain to run properly.

Description of Work: Alliance Plumbing replaced or bypassed all the old pipes in the attic and the walls of my 1966 house with Pex pipe. Kelly, the owner, came in and looked at my house initially and gave me a bid. He clearly explained what was involved nd told me how his team would go about completing the job. My house is a one story 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house. His crew consisted of Carl, Carlton, and Steve who were very professional, friendly and knowledgable. Not only did they do the job that was bid, but when other problems with plumbing were discovered, they gave me an excellent price to fix these things at the time of the install. This is a big job, and took 5 days to complete. During the day while they worked, they were very careful to place drop cloths etc. and every evening the drop cloths would disappear and the floors vacuumed. We always had a working shower and toilet in the evenings and we could barely tell they had been there. My husband was home on some of the days and I was home on others, and we really enjoyed getting to know these guys and appreciated them more and more every day. 19 holes had to be cut into the walls in order to complete this job, and they were very careful about how they cut the holes. Many of the work was done out of site in closets if possible, or under sinks and in fact only a few holes were in places that were in full view of the living areas of the house. These guys went above and beyond what was necessary, and took care of the existing plumbing. They did a beautiful job in the utility room where the box that held the hot and cold taps for the washing machine had rusted out. They replaced the box with a new one and I was thrilled with the results. They also did extra work under the kitchen sink and around the trap in the bathtub.
