Description of Work: I have had them out a couple of times for plumbing repairs.

Description of Work: There were no services performed - it never got that far. After setting up an appointment to repair or replace my garbage disposal, Alliance Plumbing called to tell me that they had made a mistake and would not be able to come. They knew that my sink was backed up and that I had company coming later in the evening. I guess I should be glad that they called to let me know they were not going to come instead of just not showing up, although that still doesn't get my garbage disposal fixed.

Description of Work: We have been using Alliance for a number of years and have been very satisfied with their service and professionalism. Most recently, they replaced our 20 year old rusting water heater. The technicians were very careful to ensure that there was not mess left in the house or the attic. I would recommend Alliance to anybody for any of their plumbing services.

Description of Work: After discovering a squishy carpet in our masterbath closet and a swamp where our water main enters the house we needed a plumber, fast. Alliance showed up Friday morning ready to do some detective work. Carl and his partner were very professional and polite. This leak was not an easy one to find. Once the source was found the Alliance team spent a good bit of time in my backyard in the 100+ degree heat digging up the water line. In the end the job was done professionally and worth every penney. Alliance is now my plumber of choice.

Description of Work: I had a problem with the gas line to my BBQ grill and they promptly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Description of Work: We were having a leak in our toilet seal and the toilet kept running. They were quick and complete in fixing the problem. Very pleased with their work and customer service.

Description of Work: My main complaints were the price of doing a simple clean out of the outside drain, was $185 and the fact that the drain clogged up about 2 weeks later.

Description of Work: I had a leak in a bathroom Mr Agustin replaced the part that was faulty and also noticed that There was something not okay w/ the tank ( we had many times clooging issue. ) he found the core issue and fixed it and that without me saying I had an issue ( I forgot) Mr Agustin was very professional , excellent social skills and cleanness.I was grateful

Description of Work: Alliance came out to check a wet spot in my carpeting. They spent a good half hour checking out the attic, upper pipes and water heater. Turned out it was an air conditioning pan that was overflowing and the problem required calling in an AC guy. As a member of their preferred plan, Alliance did not charge me for their services. Meanwhile, they noted a problem in the roofing around the collar/flange of my water heater and suggested I call a roofer for repairs.

Description of Work: Due to the freeze a pipe burst in our backyard, I called and I received service after 2 hours. It was cordial and professional after a couple of days they came back fixed everything, explained me what were they doing and the employee was very cordial / good sense of humor and very helpful and knowledgeable. It is the second time I use their services and I am very happy

Description of Work: I used Alliance Plumbing a month ago to replace some faucets and unplug some sinks.

Description of Work: We weren't getting enough gas pressure to one of our furnaces, so we needed a new gas line run from the meter to our furnace. Their bid was $3200 (we ended up having the job done very well for $1700!) That would have been bad enough, but then the company sent us a bill for $250 just for giving us the estimate!!! After several phone calls, they agreed we didn't owe them anything. But the experience overall was very negative.
