As one of the several options we investigated for the roof replacement of our house, we contacted Chris from All Ears Roofing (previously named Manchac Roofing), which is a CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster roofing company. He did an excellent job explaining their products with his in-depth knowledge and perspective and he also helped us to get a good deal for the roofing project, which finally convinced us to take their service. Chris then walked us through the scheduling process, keeping us in a loop every step of the way. He always explained all the details from selection of different types of top quality CertainTeed shingles to the many years warranty service and answered every question patiently from us. The installation crew also did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly and as scheduled. Chris performed the quality check with us afterwards and we are very satisfied with the newly replaced roof which is gorgeous. We greatly appreciate the high-quality job that was done at our house from Manchac Roofing and would highly recommend Chris and the company to anyone who has the needs!

I highly recommend Dustin Vetal with Manchac Roofing. Dustin went above and beyond what I expected in our roof replacement experience after we were hit by a major storm. He explained what all repairs were needed, and guided us through the insurance process and repairs. From start to finish we were informed of every step until completion. Replacement only took one day. Items around the exterior of the home were carefully moved or protected. Clean up afterward was top notch. Quality of their work and materials used are top rated.

The moment we were in touch, Dustin went through the steps I needed to take to start a claim for the repair/replacement of my roof. He helped me navigate speaking with representatives from my insurance company and all. After many failed attempts for inspection by my insurance company, Dustin was present for the evaluation of my roof once the weather permitted. Even after our business concluded, he still went out of his way to assist me with the repair of my roof.
