Description of Work: I initially thought it would require new AC, he was able to quickly assess, measure, and wound up replacing outdoor compressor fan and contactor. Saved a bundle and cooled us off immediately.

Description of Work: We had a child in a full body cast when our A/C quit working and we couldn't wait the 5-7 days other providers were quoting us to get a technician out. I called Jeff and he said that he was in the area on another call and could come over after that. He came to our house, found the problem, but told us he didn't have the part. It was too late in the day for him to get the part for us, so he rigged it to work for us for the night (the fan ran all night long which was noisy, but it was cool). He returned the next afternoon with the part and also cleaned our outside unit. I highly recommend them for the kind and professional manner in which Jeff handled everything. We would use them again and have already recommended them to others this summer. And in talking to others who had to replace the same type of part their pricing was right on target.

Description of Work: Tom came out because one of our units was not working properly. He checked the system and as it turns out our main switch for that unit had accidentally been turned off (it looks like a light switch). He did not charge us a dime even though he came out on a Sunday evening on his own time.

+ -1 moreI would recommend Tom and Willow Park Air to anyone who needs service on their heating and ac for their home or business. Tom was on time, knew what he was doing and was honest in his evaluation of our units. I think his pricing is very reasonable for the conscientious and thorough work he did for us.
Description of Work: Tom came out at checked our heat pumps for our house. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was checking and how our units were performing. This visit was a follow-up from earlier this summer when he checked our AC units.

+ -1 moreCalled Tom b/c he was local for a 2nd opinion. After showing him the reports of the 1st company, who said we were leaking freon, he said the numbers actually looked pretty good, but he'd check anyway. He found the "leak" in one place to be a faulty valve and replaced it. Said the other system was working fine and that we could probably get several more years out of our system. Other companies badmouthed our current system. He did a great job and was very thorough and honest. I even felt comfortable enough to leave the house while he was here. He gets a C for punctuality b/c it took several tries to actually get him here to get it all done, but his work makes up for that. Maybe it's just me being too impatient. He was easy to work with and willing to stay late and even come on the weekend if he needed to w/o charging extra.
Description of Work: inspected 2 a/c units as a 2nd opinion before buying replacement units. Turns out, we didn't need anything close to 2 new units, just a new valve. He also fixed a drain that had been leaking.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. It is a man and his son that work together and they run the company. They are so polite and know how to do a good job. They came on time and were helpful in answering all of my questions thoroughly. They were respectful of my house and did not make a mess. This is the kind of company I would definitely recommend.
Description of Work: Willow Park Air installed a new 2.5 ton air conditioner unit that I purchased from them. They removed the old one and disposed of it.

+ -1 moreEXCELLENT WORK. INSTALLED AND DID ALL WORK FOR QUOTED PRICE. SHOWED UP ON TIME AND FIXES HAVE WORKED WELL FOR SIX MONTHS NOW. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE PERSON. OWNER IS A RETIRE MECHANICAL ENGINEER. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF.
Description of Work: HAD TO REMOVE AIR HANDLER AND INSTALL A FILTER BASE THAT HE HAD MADE. REWORKED CONDENSATION DRAIN AND STRAIGHTENED OUT OTHER PROBLEMS.
