+ -1 moreGood trustworthy service if the estimate is more it was because there was more wrong with the mower. We have never had bad service. This is the only shop I use for mower repair.

+ -1 moreThe original quotes were around $20-30 for tune-up with understanding it may be more depending on what the tech found and would take about 2 weeks. Our chainsaws were there for at least 2 months. The shop never called us to let us know what was going on. We had to call them. Messages left on their answering machine were never returned. When we did reach a person we were given vague information about parts that had to be ordered. No one ever contacted us about ordering parts or what that would cost. When we asked for a updated price they could not give us one. Terrible communication and customer service. The extended time caused us to delay projects around our house that we had hoped to complete before the holidays. Will not be using this provider again.
Description of Work: We took 2 chainsaws to this shop for tune-ups.
