Description of Work: Exceptional Service!! I hired pro septic during a option period for a aerobic septic tank inspection. Heath was professional and informative! He shower up on time before I made it and completed a report in less than 24 hours. His price was reasonable and he even coordinated a pumper to get the job done. One thing to note is that Heath is very organized and answers/ returns all calls very quickly! There is not one thing that I can think of that would need improvement. I would recommend pro septic to anyone who wants the job done right and accurate!

+ -1 morecame out and inspected the septic system and leach field. He was very knowledgeable and provided information to myself and my realtor as well as the seller. my realtor said she would recommend him for future inspections of this nature. not sure on the cost but i think it was around 2-300. You also need to get your tanks pumped out so he can see what is going on in them so that adds a big cost.

+ -1 moreThe seller of the house (having lived there four years) had no idea where the system was even located, let alone when it was maintained last, so I called ProSept for an inspection. Heath was great - he explained everything he was looking at/for and answered all of my questions (having never had a septic system before) quite knowledgeably. For the peace of mind (in my case, since everything checked out ok) and/or the knowledge of what you're getting into when purchasing a house with a septic system, $250 is a small price to pay. I would recommend Heath and ProSept to anyone.
Description of Work: Fully inspected septic tanks as they were pumped out (by a separate company), located and inspected drain-field (as much as possible without digging), educated about septic use and maintenance, answered questions thoroughly.

Description of Work: I hired ProSept to inspect my septic system prior to a remodel. Heath responded quickly and showed up on time for our appointment. He needed my help to complete the inspection: turning faucets on/off and crawling under the house to see where an alternate drain exited the foundation. Heath did not have a "probe" with him, and was unable to search for the drain field until the pumping company arrived and he was able to borrow theirs. Heath was unable to find a septic pump that was marked on my electrical service panel. He wrote up the inspection and provided a report. When I applied for my remodel permit, the city showed me the previous owner's septic permit and map. ProSept had missed two pump tanks, including the grinder pump, and mapped the drain field no where near close to its actual location. I called Heath and asked if he would come back out and and correctly inspect and document my system. He wanted another $150 to complete the job originally contracted for.

Description of Work: Complete inspection of septic system prior to closing. Very professional and helped educated us as we had not had a septic system before. Heath is very good at what he does.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY THOROUGH. THEY DREW DIAGRAMS OF THE SEPTIC SYSTEM. THEY PERFORMED A VERY COMPLETE INSPECTION AS WELL. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR BUSINESS.
Description of Work: THEY DID A SEPTIC INSPECTION. THEY ALSO CLEANED OUT OUR SEPTIC SYSTEM. THEY DO THIS FOR RURAL AREAS AS WELL.
