We hired Lucas Phillips to perform the needed dirt work and pad site prep for our home site. It needed quite a bit of clearing as well as build up and leveling. He did a fantastic job in a timely manner, and we were happy with his quote. The builder said the pad looked great. We plan to work with Mr. Phillips again for our future projects!
