New Start Moving

My gun was stolen by one of the movers. As a concealed to carry holder who remembers exactly where my gun was and know the man who packed up the room was the last place it was seen, it’s gone. Same individual who showed up smelling like weed to do a job that my security cameras support. Would not recommend, be careful. I, as well as my family has used this company multiple times over the last 9 years and until this last time had good experiences, they are not careful who they hire now a days.

I called New Start Moving to help me with loading my trailer with furniture and boxes I was taking to my daughter in Amarillo. He said he would come by that evening after his last moving job if that was convenient for me. And it was! Talk about speedy service! Both gentlemen were polite and responsive to my suggestions and requests and got everything packed within an hour. I had a few items that were quite breakable and didn't have the proper wrapping materials so the owner said he would come back by with the right packing materials and wrap them so nothing would break. I was very happy with the service, punctuality and manners. I would definitely hire them again and feel comfortable referring them to others that may need local movers.

There were 3 movers that showed up on time and they were very professional and so careful with all of our items. They provided protective wrapping for all furniture items and even moved a grandfather clock which is hard to do properly. We did not have anything damaged in the move. We also hired them 2 additional times to move everything from our POD and temporary living space into our new home once it was available for us to move into and to move my daughter from a home into a condo on the 19th floor of a highrise complex in Dallas. They once again did not damage anything and were very cautious using the elevator up and down to and from the condo. We would highly recommend these hardworking guys for any type of move in the DFW area. The prices were very reasonable as well compared to other movers. We provided a tip for the 3 guys to split as well because they did such a great job, working nonstop until everything was done.
