After many years with this company, we had to terminate business with them. In early 2016, we received a call that they could no longer do our lawn when we wanted it done because of their "new schedule". When we stated that it made no sense to us, we were told "Well, it makes sense to US!". In other words, we don't care what you want! It made no sense because we live only two miles from this business and it takes one of their 3-man crews less than an hour to do our lawn. In addition, there was a growing problem of their crews not showing up when scheduled. The quality of work was always topnotch when they showed up. It was the company STAFF that was the problem. Uncaring, arrogant, and condescending! We found another top quality company at $25 less who gladly does our lawn on the schedule we desire. Very sad to see a company who does good work loose customers because of a staff of some--not all--people who are taking this business down! Our neighbors quit them also--same reasons!

Contractor pulled the personnel from the job to go to other jobs. This delayed my job. Personnel arrived without the materials needed to complete the job. This happened three times on my job. The explanation was always a miscommunication between the front office and the supervisors on the job. They claimed to not get the list of material requirements. This meant they had to leave my job to return to pick up the other materials. Additionally, the day before the job was to start, I was advised that certain plants would be unavailable. No time allowed to alter plans. When the plants arrived, annuals were then missing. Another delay to get the annuals. Job was delayed over a month. So why did I call Naturescapes in the first place? We had history with them - We used this company in 2004 to help us establish landscaping at a new home. We also recommended them to our HOA for maintenance on the common areas. With this recent experience, it is clear, that the owner is no longer in control of his company. The company has been taken on a new direction and it is not with the customer in mind. It is totally mismanaged and their word cannot be trusted. I strongly urge anyone considering Naturescapes, to look elsewhere. Save yourself time and money. There are many other qualified companies out there who can be trusted.

Our calls to them were promptly returned and we feel comfortable that had we selected them to rezone the system, they would have done a good job. The only reason we did not select them is that the builder we used for the garage handled everything, including the sprinkler system.

Arrived late, Went through the motions. System was somewhat improved but as time has gone on the lack of attention paid is showing up. Usually a service lasts all season. I have just spent two hours with a friend helping working on the system. It still needs more. About six weeks ago I called for a repair and was told it would be at least two weeks before they could work me in. I have spent quite a few dollars with this company including adding holly plants in the front and side flower beds. Discovered today that one of the Holly plants is in front of one of my lawn irrigation heads.

He was nice when he came out but hurriedly finished the job and would not make the changes I requested.

It would make my husband mad because he did not listen to where we wanted our trees placed. The last year we used him he quoted us one price, but when the bill came, it was $5,000.00 more than the quote. I would not recommend him because he is a crook and not true to his word. Over the years we had spent at least $100,000 plus and he tried to overcharge us because he thought we had money.
