+ -1 moreTHEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. IT WAS LIKE GETTING A BRAND NEW COMPUTER WHEN WE GOT IT BACK. THEY WERE VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING IT BACK TO US WITH THEIR WORK COMPLETED.
Description of Work: WE HAD AN OLDER COMPUTER UPGRADED AND FILES CLEANED UP. THEY ADDED MEMORY AND REPLACED THE SOUND CARD. THEY ALSO UPGRADED SOME OF OUR COMPUTER PROGRAMS AND CLEANED UP OUR FILES AND DELETED THE JUNK.

+ -1 moreTHE SERVICE MAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WAS ABLE TO GET MY COMPUTER RUNNING LIKE NEW. THEY HAD IT READY FOR ME WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD. AND THEY WERE ABLE TO TELL ME WHAT I COULD DO TO KEEP IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.
Description of Work: I TOOK MY DESK TOP COMPUTER IN TO BE SERVICED BECAUSE IT WAS RUNNING SLOW AND WOULD NOT RUN MORE THAN ONE APPLICATION AT A TIME.

+ -1 moreTHE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY COMPUTER LITERATE. HE ARRIVED ON TIME, AND HAD THE COMPUTER FIXED WITHIN 2 HOURS. HE ALSO INSTALLED A PROGRAM THAT SHOULD PROTECT ME FROM THE PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: I HAD MAVERICK COMPUTERS COME OUT AND SERVICE MY COMPUTER AFTER I GOT A VIRUS AND SPYWARE ON IT.
