Mr. Gandy is friendly and professional. After the inspection he reviewed all of his findings in detail and suggested a plan of action. In our case, we only needed to do some routine maintenance. The previous repairs were working well and our foundation remains in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend this company. They aren't cheap but they are excellent.

He came over, hopped u on the roof, and was shortly down telling us everything looked good and he was going to leave. We told him that we knew everything was not good because there was a leak in our attic. He climbed into the attic and caulked where he saw evidence of water. Then he hopped back out, looked on the roof again where the leak was and couldn't find anything. He then left. He was supposed to inspect the entire attic, and he didn't. I had to call to have him come back out and do that. I don't think anyone had ever purchased the deal before because he came out to do the work but didn't know what the package included. He admitted that he didn't remember what the package included, but it woud have been easy to check by simply getting on Angie's List and viewing the deal.

The service call went very well. I have used this provider in the past to install new roofs on two different homes and both jobs were done very well. The last service was done as an annual service they provide to keep the roofs from developing any potential problems before they cause damage. Both the roofs (one installed in 2010 and one in 2011) have held up very well with no damage except very minor caused by winter ice. The provider comes out once a year and inspects the roofs for a small fee and re-seals any places that need it. There is no charge for the sealing unless he discovers some damage that requires a significant amount of repair. Mr. Hinkle, the owner, has always been very prompt in showing up for any appointments I have with them. I think he is very honest and does a very good job. He always cleaned up after a new installation and his workers were very professional. I feel like his services are done for a fair price. This company was originally recommended to us in 2010 by Mueller Metals, Inc., who is a major manufacturer of metal roofing materials.

Larry and his assistants were very punctual and did exactly what the inspection report required. Their work was exceptional and were very polite and cleaned up their work site completely. They will be hired again on another home that needs repairs.
