Description of Work: Have had dealings with this company for many years. The breaking point after many years of them servicing a system they installed that needed constant repair. Was being told my best option was to replace the very expensive system they had sold me,, was to tell me I should replace system for many thousands of dollars, rather then repair.I then felt it was time for a second opinion. The new company repaired and I bought a service agreement for less, had repairs done for less and felt I was being treated honesty. Not just sold a new system that I did not yet need.
