 + -1 moreWhile he was here he fixed the problem. The previous person had fixed one of the ducts with duct tape and it came loose. So hot air was blown down into the house. I didn't have to buy the service contract, but I asked him about servicing and how much it would cost. He said it is normally $80 a trip, or I can buy the service for a year. And he will come out in the fall and service the furnace to make sure everything is in working order. He is a one man operation. I felt very comfortable with him. I didn't feel like he was some guy trying to make a buck. He was actually available to come out the same day that I've called him. He was here exactly when he said he would be here. He is very professional and very conscientious. He is not pushy about products. He could have easily saw my 10 year old system and tell me that I need a new one, and he didn't.
Description of Work: I have used Fannin Mechanical when my air conditioner was blowing out hot air. My warranty company called them, so I only paid the deductible for my warrantee, which was $50. I purchased a one year service contract with Fannin Mechanical. My system is 10 years old and I've never had a service. The contract was $150 and he comes out twice a year.
