Excellent. The workers ran from truck to back yard to get parts to save me time and money. Have you ever seen workers run from their truck to their work! Superb!

They were always on time. The only issue is that sometimes they didn't clean the clippings out of the pool after service was performed.

I have used Darden's for pasture mowing for about 5 years and they have been very reliable. Jeff Darden usually handles the mowing himself. On a couple of occasions he has sent an employee out, and they have all done an excellent job. One caused damage to a trailer tire with the mower but Darden's responded quickly and paid for a new tire. He has always been courteous and professional.

Excellent, we made an appointment, they called the night before and before they came on 08/09/11. Jeff was on time, polite, did a great job, fixed the leak, checked our entire system, changed a couple of heads and adjusted others. He was very knowledgeable and we would and will use him again.

Darden's installed the french drain on 4-6-11 and were to return on 4-11-11 to install the sprinkler system and then the sod. I waited for them on 4-11 and left two voice mail messages asking what time they planned to be out since they had not shown up at 8 or 8:30 a.m. as promised. Close to noon I received a phone call from Jeff Darden asking if I had not received his letter. He stated he sent me a letter with a refund and would be unable to complete the work. He stated he was not accustomed to the permit and inspection process in my city and it was too lengthy and involved to make the work on my property profitable for him. As of 4-17-2011 I have yet to receive a letter or refund check in the mail. On 4-15-2011 Mr. Darden delivered the refund check to my house after a phone call from my husband the prior evening. Mr. Darden did not complete the job as promised and left us without a sprinkler system or sod during the busiest landscape season. Although initially I was very upset that Darden's did not honor their commitment to complete the job, I am now grateful after learning that the workmanship on the drain that he did install was of very poor quality and additional work must be completed to make it functional. During the estimate process Mr. Darden presented that his work was of the highest quality and that he routinely "fixes" sprinkler systems that others have installed. One example of misrepresentation is that he told me he would be installing a quality sprinkler system that had water and cold sensors so if it rained or the temperature dropped below 34* the sprinklers would not operate. I have since learned that those features are a state requirement and not a quality feature provided by Mr. Darden's company. My experience with this company was very poor and I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

I really liked this service and the people. I thought they were great. I did have to stop using them to save money though. I hated it, that s how much I liked them. I used them for 5 years. They showed up on time, always did a great job and were very nice people. I thought the price was very fair considering how big my yard is.

THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT CAME OUT WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND HELPFUL. THEY ADVISED ME OF A PRICE UP FRONT, AND DID NOT TRY TO GET ME TO PAY FOR ANYTHING EXTRA. THEY ALWAYS COMPLETE THE WORK ON TIME.
