 + -1 moreIt went very well, he arrived on time and did the job as expected. The carpet looks much better, very pleased with the results.
Description of Work: Set up a time, they arrived on time, it took as long as they said it would and he did a very thorough job. We had several spots and they got most of them out, working extra h the really tough stains. It is almost a week later and so far none have returned.

 + -1 moreThey were good. The thing I did not like about them was that they were a little bit early. My carpet had not been cleaned for about two years, and I liked that they did an excellent job. I will use them again and recommend them. The price was good because they did four rooms.

Description of Work: Country Pride Chem Dry cleaned 3 bedrooms & closets, a guest house and 2 large arm chairs. They were punctual, came on short notice to finish the day before our moving van arrived and did a great job! It was so nice to have our carpets clean and fresh before we moved in.

 + -1 moreDale has cleaned our carpets and rugs for the last eight years. Superb job at a reasonable price.
Description of Work: For the last eight years Dale Weixler has cleaned the carpets in our 3800 sq foot home. This includes eight large rooms, stairs and area rugs. Always a professional, Dale is prompt and courteous and does a terrific job. He points out problem areas and recommends solutions. I have used other companies in the past and none of them even come close to Dale. I am always amazed with how clean he gets our carpets even though we have teenagers and three large dogs. He is so thorough and never rushes. He does an outstanding cleaning job at a fair price.

 + -1 moreHe is great. It is just a mom and pop operation; Dale Weixel owns it. As a matter of fact, he just won the Readers Choice award in Weatherford for his service. It is a franchise as in you have to buy into them but I can call him like 3 days before Christmas and tell Dale that I've got throw up on carpet or whatever and he will figure out a way, even though he will be booked, he will come at 8 o'clock at night to help me. He is really good.
Description of Work: We used him for carpet cleaning right before Christmas.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY DETAILED, AND EXPLAINED THE CHARGES PRIOR TO DOING THE WORK. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO, AND FINISHED VERY FAST. THEY DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING THAT I DID NOT WANT.
