Making the appointment was nice and easy. The call was for a clogged toilet causing backup in the bath tub. The plumber arrived and tried to snake down through the toilet. He also removed the cap to the outside clean-out to ascertain if water was moving to the septic system. All good to here. The plumber called me at work to let me know they were unsuccessful and told me I likely had a broken sewer main crack in the slab foundation. He informed me it would be another $300.00 to bring in a camera to verify. I approved a return visit with a camera to verify if we has a collapsed main line in the slab. The plumber told me the office would be contacting me for the return appointment. He also left the cap off the clean-out outside and the neck filled with leaves. To this day I never heard back from Chris' Plumbing LLC. I made no further attempts to call the office since I am not happy with the service and they made no attempt to schedule a return visit. I later called Binion Plumbing in Weatherford and they showed up the same day with all the equipment and personnel to do the job which was to remove and snake the toilet line and the vent stack in two bathrooms to return everything to normal service. The same day charge was $2.50 more than I paid Chris' Plumbing the results put everything back to normal. I'm sorry it did not work out with Chris' Plumbing, but they had their chance to make a good impression and failed on every level except for making the appointment.

Chris' responded earlier than schedule appointment but called to ask permission. Completed repairs quickly. They discovered stripped threads on the pipes,and warned it may not seat properly, but after the repair and testing, found that it did. Unfortunately, valve stem started leaking again after the first shower. Due to a busy schedule, they could not return until the 2nd day. It was explained that with the threads being stripped, there was a chance they could not repair the leak without replacing the pipes, a major undertaking, and a few says of no water in the house as that bathroom had no isolated shut off valve. I asked that they try to repair the normal way, which they did and it worked perfectly. And has continued to work a month and a half later.

It still isn't perfect, but it is better. They said that the old pipes may always give us some trouble. They always showed up when they said they would, and got the work done fairly quickly.

I have extremely hard water that corrodes fixtures, dishware, etc. During the course of a couple of phone calls, Laura educated me on the shortcomings of "throwaway" units, which is what I had purchased the last two times. They are not robust enough to service a 2,500 sq. ft. home with all the bathrooms, washers, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. Chris' son and his helper arrived on time. They found that my old softener overflow was tied into the pressure relief valve on my water heater and was essentially a "bomb waiting to explode." It cost an extra $100 to reroute a line along my garage floor and through the wall to the outside. They finished the work in about two hours even though they had to leave to get some tubing for the rerouted overflow line. They were pretty knowledgeable for a couple of kids in their early-to-mid twenties. I'm to call them if I ever have any problem with it. Their customer service and attention to detail is great and really appreciated by me.

They arrived on time finished the job in about an hour.

The service was excellent. He did a great job. I appreciated how he was always on time, professional, and courteous throughout the whole job. I would recommend him.

I called to get their hourly price which she quoted me and stated there is a minimum 1 hr charge. What they don't tell you is they charge for drive time. So hopefully the stop before you is really close so you don't have to pay for a long drive to your place. I left work to meet them and he was running late and did not call. I had to call them to find out when he would be there. He showed up an hour or so late. However, when he got there he did excellent work and was professional and courteous. I would use them again.

This was another great experience with Chris Plumbing. Over the years we have lived in several states and Chris Plumbing is the best plumbing company we have ever used. We highly recommend them.

Toilet had been leaking for a while before I realized it. Problem discovered the week a family member died so I had to put off repairs. Chris's Plumbing responded quickly when I called, came when promised and did the work quickly. They called before they arrived, came in and introduced themselves to me and handled the problem without a big hoopla. I even asked them for an estimate on installing water softener system and they were able to do that during same time frame. Wasn't a huge repair, but done quickly, cleaned up after themselves well and I'm satisfied.

I thought I was going to need a new hot water heater and was prepared to pay for one and have him install it. After he checked the bad one out he told me all I needed was two new elments, not a new hot water heater. Instead of paying $800 it ended up only costing around $200. The service was punctual and professional. I highly recommend this plumber.

Everything went fine. They fixed the problem. I felt that their price was reasonable. They cleaned up everything after the job was done.

I was told by somebody else that we would have to take the faucet out and cut through the wall to do it. He came out and replaced the cartridge and it took him about ten minutes to do it. He got here when he said he would come. He was on time and seemed to really know what he was doing. He had the part on his truck and I was really impressed with that. He thought he would have to get the part but it was on his trailer! It took him about a minute and he was able to say that he could fix it. The other guy clearly did not know what he was doing. There wasn't anything much to clean up and he gave me the old, damaged cartridge and that was it. It was perfect, he fixed it, it works. He explained it to me as well, which I like. I like when they tell me what is wrong, why it is wrong and what they are doing about it.

Chris would not look at T&P Vavle for cause of problem. Had to pay 100.00 service for them to put duct tape on A/C lines. Chris said that might be dripping onto sensor and causing hot water heater to go off. I suggested it might be the T&P Valve. My husband is a Master Plumber but works out of country and could not repair. He felt the T&P Valve was the issue, but Chris didn't even look at that and felt that wasn't it. I knew it wasn't the A/C line as I know whayt condensation looks like. Anyway, when husband came home, he checked T&P Valve and sure enough that was the problem. He replaced it and no more water leaking into hot water heater pan. He said Chris should at least look at valve because it was obvious that was the problem. Had used Chris' Plumbing another time to replace outside hose bibs. All work done by an apprentice, but done well. Wouldn't recommend them.

Chris & helper arrived punctually as scheduled to replace a leaky kitchen faucet & install another we recently bought, then repair another one in our bathroom sink that had been dripping. They were pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable about their work. These plumbers cleaned up the work area before leaving. We will not hesitate to call them again, thank you guys!

He shot me a price for the water softener. He said this isn't my problem and told me I had a problem with my well. He looked at my water softener because something was kicking off the water. He does what he says he's going to do, friendly and courteous. The people he sends out are good, they are all down to earth. He comes across as trustworthy and I'd definitely use him again. I used him before when we needed a drain pipe moved over and he did a good job. He didn't charge us an arm and a leg. I was having trouble with my well and needed to make sure it wasn't the plumbing. He didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. He's just an honest guy as far as I'm concerned. He's honest and his prices are in line. He could have tried to tell me it was a different issue and sold me something. He sent a kid out once when we had a pipe burst. He was real smart, he went to another area and put in a PVC cut off, it functioned the same way. It was super easy and at a cheaper price and not as much work. he was just working smart, I thought I could have done that. He was probably a 22 year old kid, it shows he has some confident people working for him. They always call before and say when they will be here, they were punctual and they were good.

I had to have my hot water heater checked because it kept tripping breakers. After they checked it the first time and identified one issue it showed us that we had a nice trail of issues from when the house was built. So after they replaced two elements ( one that was bad because I blew it up when I was checking it after ai replaced it, long story..., and the other due to failure of the other element later). After we got the elements and the improper breaker the builders used replaced we found out the bad breaker had basically ruined the controls and since the water is so heavy with calcium the hot water heater needed to be replaced. They replaced our hot water heater with a very good brand that I would never have considered due to price considerations. They were able to get the unit form me and install it for less than the cheapest price I found the water heater, even on the internet. They came out quickly when I called them and needed someone asap. They were very punctual for the appointments set up later and polite and very efficient.

The plumber arrived at the scheduled time. He was polite and informative. All work was completed in a timely fashion and all repairs were made. I have used this company in the past and plan to use in the future.

The contractor was on time, courteous and professional. The work was completed very quickly. They took the time to carefully check that there were no leaks and that everything was fully functional. The contractor was pleasant to deal with and did the work in a very efficient and workmanlike fashion.
