Bantex Construction was my first use of an Angie's List recommendation. This turned out to be an excellent choice. Mr. Banta and his professional crews were timely, and efficient, providing high quality work throughout the month long remodeling project. My wife and I purchased a 60+ year old home in the Westcliff addition of Fort Worth, with intention of making some extensive changes before moving in, all within 30 days !! Bantex Construction made this happen. Mr. Banta was true to his word on what we would receive, and the associated costs. We have been extremely pleased with the process and results. We will use Bantex Construction again. Thanks Terry.

They came out and I told him what I needed. Then he sent a couple people out to check out what work was needed. They were professional and did the job expected. They did a good job.

Mr. Banta is very professional and did a wonderful job with our masterbath. We are so happy with his work that we hired him to come back and remodel our living room and main bath.

I called Terry based on the reviews I read here on Angie's List , he responded quickly and came out to look at the work we wanted done. We talked about each aspect of each job in detail, as you can probably tell from the above list we had several projects we wanted done. Terry was very thorough and made sure that he had a clear understanding of the work we wanted done.He brought in the sub contractors so that we could go over the work together, another step to make sure we received what we wanted done and that all parties were on the same page. Terry bid the work at what my husband and I felt was a fair price. He held to the bid and we had few surprises and those he handled in a very fair way. During the time the work was being done I called Terry several times, he always responded right away. I was very impressed with his puncuality as well as those that worked for him. I was also very pleased that Terry really wanted us to be happy with his work and he let me know several times that if I was not to let him know . I took him up on that offer a couple of times and sure enough the matters were put right. My husband and I are very pleased and not only would reccommend Bantex Construction but are planning another project with Terry. It is so nice to work with a professional that cares about his work and wants to make his customer happy. I really feel that we got our money's worth and a job well done. You cannot ask for more that that.

I didn't do too bad a job afterall. The door only required about 10 to 15 minutes of "help". I'll definately call on Terry again, but next time I'll leave the fixin up to him.

Re-Modeled my Living Room, Stairway, and Bedroom

They are pretty good as far as they got here and they were pretty thorough. He had people come out here and look at it and do the job.

Terry came out and gave us an estimate to fix our deck. The structure was very insecure and the handrails were very wobbly. He gave us a quote to make the structure more stable and secure. Prior to performing the repairs he sent us a quote from Home Depot for all of the material costs. His costs were very reasonable. He performed the repairs in a timely manner and completed the work when he said. Terry came out an added some additional supports for only the material cost, no additional labor charges. He is very honest and does quality work. I would recommend him to anyone who needs such repairs

Bantex Construction and Morgan Concrete improved on our original plans. The actual concrete work was completed by a subcontractor, Morgan Concrete from Springtown, Texas. Morgan Concrete worked professionally, and was courteous in all phases of the project.

Every thing went perfectly. Affable plumber, who did a good job.

Terry Banta acted in a professional manner and sub's were on time and finish job on schedule.

A friend referred me to Bantex Construction. Terry came out immediately. I told him exactly what I wanted. He came back several days later with a drawing and an estimate of the cost. After fine tuning the drawing we set up a time for him to start. Terry was punctual and started the job when he said and finished before the finish date. The quality of his work is excellent and his workers and he were very professional in everything they did. I though the price was very reasonable. Over all I would highly recommend Bantex Construction. Terry is from the old school and gives service the way it use to be. Returns calls promptly and does what he says he will do.

Bantex Construction Remodeled our living room, downstairs bedroom, stair way and landing upstairs. Terry Banta with Bantex Construction gave us a bid for remodeling our living room stair way and downstairs bedroom. We got bids from other contractors but we ended up going with Bantex Construction because Terry seemed to be honest and knowledgeable . The work they did was absolutely amazing. Terry walked us through the entire process and kept us informed at all stages of the remodel. The thing I liked the most about Terry and his team is that they made suggestions that made our remodel look even better than I had in-visioned. When the remodel was complete Terry gave us our final invoice and even with the few extra things we added, it ended up being within the price he had originally quoted!! Bantex Construction finished on time and within budget. I love walking into my NEW living room and bedroom. I would recommend Terry and his team to anyone that is in need of any kind of remodeling to their home or business. Our next project is to remodel our kitchen. When we get ready to do this I will be calling Bantex Construction! If you want someone that does honest, quality work call Bantex Construction. You will not be disappointed.

The project went well. Mr. Banta was timely and respectful. His main concerns were the quality of the work and making sure we were happy. He does a good job at supervising and scheduling his sub contractors. Mr. Banta is friendly and easy to work with. He pays attention to detail. I would hire him again.

Terry reacted quickly by calling his plumber who had to break away concrete in order to repair the waste line. The line from the water meter was located at the rear carport area since the city of Grapevine claimed that this water leak was not their responsibility as they are only responsible to the main pipe to the property’s meter. I was faced with the expensive problem of making the repair. The water line from the meter was under the concrete slab and the actual damage would remain as ‘unknown’ until the plumber could locate the damage. I live in another state so Mr. Banta had to be my eyes and ears for solving the problem. He reacted quickly and left me informed through all phases of repair. I would highly recommend Terry Banta for any level of home repair and construction type of service. This could have been a very pricey repair, but Mr. Banta was both fair and reasonable. Nicely done!

Mr. Banta, from Bantex Construction, kept me informed about every aspect of the job which was going on. He finished the job in a timely manner.

Completed as said on time. Quality of work was above expectation.
