 + -1 moreHave been using them for 15 years. Pay for their annual service contract and $75.00 each time they come out. Then I experience a problem, and their technician Don starts sending angry text messages blaming me for not noticing the issue (exposed electrical panel) and that he isn't responsible for things like that. This is the most unprofessional and offensive interaction that I have EVER had with a business. One thing that i know for sure, they will NEVER step foot on my property again or see another penny from me. I couldnt be more disgusted or give a worse rating. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: We have a one-year service contract with Aerobi-Tech; they initially installed and now service our aerobic septic system. They are always polite and thorough and give us helpful advice. They check the system four times per year, but do not set appointments to do this. If we are not home, they check the system and leave their evaluation sheet. (In the past year, we needed an aerator plug replaced. They came out promptly, did the work and tweaked a few other things. The charge for this service call was $100.)

 + -1 moreI RECEIVE A PRINT OUT EACH TIME THEY COME AND THEY LET US KNOW IF THE CHLORINE NEEDS TO BE FILLED. THEY ARE EFFICIENT AND EASY TO WORK WITH.
Description of Work: THE FEE IS PAID ANNUALLY AND THE TANKS ARE CHECKED QUARTERLY. THE REP WILL CHECK THE CHLORINE LEVELS AND BACTERIA LEVELS.
