Description of Work: Obtaining bids to replace a large lawn, damaged by cold weather and disease. Grass replacement is complicated by shaded areas as well as the need to improve the grade and remove old sod. First salesman from the company did not measure the area accurately. Second salesman also did not measure the area correctly, and complained that he was not being paid to keep coming back to our property. Third measurement was more accurate. When we ask him to revise the estimate again by decreasing the coverage he refused to come out and had us provide the measurements. We also ask him to change to type of grass in one area (after researching the varieties) and were informed that he would change the grass, but would not revise the price even though the variety we were now interested in using was 30% less. He never answered any of our further emails.
