Zarlino Remodeling

I did not use this company because their representative was not truthful with me. When I asked their Representative where they were from, he avoided my question and told me that they had an office in Jeannette, PA. After researching them on the internet, I discovered that they wre not from Pennsylvania at all. I prefer to do business with someone local to my area so that if there are any issues, they can be easily contacted. When I informed their representative that I was not going to do business with them, he sent me a nasty e-mail and accused me of committing Fraud. I was highly offended yet extremely pleased that I chose not to do business with his company. If you would like to see his e-mail I will be glad to send it to anyone who is interested.

March 2012I first called Jimmy Cole of Zarlino Remodeling. He was referred to me by a past customer. He said he was no longer in businees but referred me to a Kirk. I then called Kirk and he said he would be down to inspect my roof but the day of inspection he said he was on another call and was sending Tim Bevers. Tim showed up and inspected the roof. He explained he was a good friend of Jimmy's and he told me my roof had much hail damage . He said there was no guarantees but it would be hard for insurance company to deny since there was so much damage AND 3 neighbors rec'd a new roof because of hail damage. And he would be here to show the damaged areas. When insurance company scheduled I was out of town but I spoke with tim and he reassured me he would call when inspection from insurance company was complete. I have never heard from him since but I did hear from my insurance man telling me I had NO hail damage but I do have a small amount of wind damage.May 2012I receive a call from my friend stating Jimmy cole, her roofer stopped by to see if I had been taken care of and he was back in the business. She told him my story and he asked me to contact him. He came down to give me a second opinion and said I didnt have a lot of hail damage but I did have wind damage and I should ask for a secvond opinion from my insurance company. I scheduled another appt. I tried to reach him so he could be here when insurance inspector was here and I took off work to be here this time. He never returned my calls (three to exact).I met with this inspector that was here for 2 hours and he said I had very little wind and hail damage and I need a repair only.I also called Zarlino's office number 3 times and got voicemail and have not heard from them either. My friend was lucky to have her roof replaced.Also BBB has an alert on this company for unauthorized use of their logo.
