Arrived early on Saturday morning, found the problem, fixed it and was on his way. No extra charge for weekend visit.

To get a bid on finding and fixing a water leak, I reached out to Michael. The Water Department kept sending me notices about a problem. I was losing up to 3 gallons per day. I had had a leak in the main valve to the house and the valve controlling the sprinkler system. I had paid another company the previous month $1700, so I knew it couldnâ t be that. Michale arrived on time and in less than a few minutes, he found the problem. Yes, Michael found the problem to be the main valve that had been repaired previously. The other company used the wrong sized piping and water was shooting everywhere. This was all underground and not visible. Michel explained to me the problem in laypersonâ s term. Provided a video and had the problem fixed right this time in about .5 hours. I can truthfully say I have a new plumber. Iâ d recommend this man and his company to anyone I cared about and anyone who wants an honest plumber and human being. Even with this shotty job by the other company Micheal left me with a renewed faith in humanity (till I watched the news).

Friendly guy. Ice storm So he was delayed. He arrived as quickly as he could. The r part had to be ordered and once the repair was made things were fine but a slow leak developed in the wall. No one noticed until later. Sheetrock was ruined.Thankfully, the leak was in the garage so the damage was not in the house. He did repair the plumbing problem but not the Sheetrock.

Our plumbing was shot. We hadn't been able to flush tp or run the shower and laundry at the same time in years. All the other quotes were so high we couldn't afford to fix the plumbing. Our last quote was Mike and we couldn't believe how reasonable his quote was. Literally several thousands under the competition. After he was under our house he found that we had several more pipe rot and breaks than we thought. He showed us the pipes. Mike was reasonable again with the price. He installed an entirely new system for thousands less than the others. He went about it in a smarter way too. After he was finished we found more problems outside the house. He fixed that too! He answered all our questions. He has patience. He worked with our budget. I plan on using him in the future and would recommend to anyone.

Earlier I gave Michael a bad review for not cleaning up his mess after working on my sewer line. He did come and clean up and I learned that life just got in his way for a while and that is why he was hard to contact and why he took so long to clean up. He has apologized and I accept his apology. Michael is a great guy and I hope to use him in the future.
