After multiple calls to various companies I decided on this company. Very professional approach and high integrity, which is sometimes rare in this day and age. I highly recommend them and I definitely plan to use them in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

I called him at 6 pm and he was there the next morning. I have rental property around the metro plex and I have now found my plumber! He did a great job at a great price. I will use them again and again.

Michael was the first to call (although all the contractors did call) and came out on a Sunday to evaluate the job. He was honest and fair at all times. The work was concluded the next day. He even came back a week later to check and make sure everything was fine and we were satisfied. His work was very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend his company to anyone.

A Step Up Plumbing was very professional and skilled in the task. He not only replaced what was need but went above the required task. Even in the late of the night, there was no rush to cut corners or complete a half job. A Step Up Plumbing said what they were going to do and did what they said in time and on time. I was very pleased that I had made the decision to give them a call. The price was higher than most but then again, you get what you pay for and I believe I paid for the best!

Micheal advised me to call Moen due to the tear in the inner tubing on the faucet sprayer being split. I did reach Moen and they said that they were sending a new faucet, the same solor that I had, to honor their lifetime warranty. The job won't be finished until the new faucet is installed.

I initially chose A Step Up Plumbing based on price and personality (over the phone). Michael showed up and was extremely friendly. He took care of the problem we were having and he made sure he did the job correctly... no shortcuts. My dh and I (and a neighbor) were extremely impressed. I highly recommend him.

The plumbing went fine but it took over 30 days to get him to fill in the 5 foot deep trench in the front yard. He did give us a 350 dollar voucher for other jobs to make up for it.

I didn't hired this company because they found that the problem was not plumbing. Since it was not a plumbing problem they didn't charged for the service call. Just because of the honesty I will be hiring them in the future.
