Plumber arrived in less than an hour after I submitted the request and had the work done in no time. Friendly and personable.

I submitted the service request on a Sunday, and Brian called promptly. He gave a preliminary diagnoses over the phone, showed up within the hour, and wrapped everything up very efficiently. He didn't assess a surcharge for a weekend service call and was very pleasant and helpful. The charge was exactly as stated and reasonable, and he included a two year warranty. We will be using this service again.

Michael Takbot with A Step Up Plumbing was very professional he did a complete job even calking around the sink which was not part of the work to be done. He explained how the new facuet worked and took time to show my wife and I everything and gave a one year warranty on all conected parts.

We didn't end up getting the work done since it wasn't a necessity at this time. A Step Up did come out and give us an estimate and some advice which was very helpful. When we do decide to install a new toilet, we will definitely call A Step Up first!

I was very pleased with his service, except that seemed to be a problem with getting the old water heater removed. Its been 5 days and he's promised to remove it each day, but there it still sits (It was removed shortly thereafter)

Michael the Plumber was very personable and professional. I appreciate the time he took to explain our water heater problem, how our system had to come up to code, and the options available.

Work did not pan out as Promised. Still experiencing leaks. Project is exactly one week old. Was told i have a 1yr warranty. Yet, I have made two attempts (10/27 and 10/29) to reach Mike to try to have project repaired and there has been no response to my previous voice messages. Not a happy customer!!

He was very professional in fixing the problem, And very affordable he explained everything that had to be done . Not just that but notice another problem that I was having around the house and fixed it as well. I will tell anyone that step it up plumbing is the best.

the plumber came out and ran a snake down the line. my new renters moved in and used the commode 1 time and the plumbing backed up and would not flush properly. i left 3 messages over a period of 5 days for Michael and never rec'd a phone call back.

Michael did a nice job removing my garbage disposal and replacing the pipes. He even configured the pipes so that there was maximum storage room.
