Mike was super easy to work with and made sure I fully understood everything he was doing. He came up with a plan no one else suggested, and it was much cheaper than our other quotes.

I hired Michael to clear our master bathroom drain, he came out and seemed to be personable. He said he cleared the drain it did flush; however, it only lasted one day. I tried to reach him afterwards or the next day left message on his cell. He never called me back. He and I discussed a leak as well and I guess he wasn?t interested in the job. If you use him you may not be able to get him to come and the quality of his work on our drain was not good at all. We ended up paying for the same job twice since we could never get a response back from. Michael with Talbot Plumbing. We use Discount Drain and the will use camera for free and spend the time necessary to do a quality job and they were cheaper than Talbot Plumbing by far. DeSoto Resident of 26 years.

Another company went out and said the valve couldn t be repaired and I had to have a whole new valve installed which would more than triple the cost. Talbot was willing and able to repair the valve and have it working like new. Saved me hundreds! He was honest and up front with his ability to show up and his concerns as well. I will definitely work with Talbots in the future.

Michael, the owner was awesome. He explained everything and showed me the camera views of the inspection. He answered all my questions and will be doing all the plumbing from now on. Great down home/honest guy willing to go the extra mile for his customers.

Michael was very thorough in his work and explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had. Respectful of my house by wearing booties to protect my floors without me asking. Wish more service guys would do this without being asked. I will use Talbot Plumbing again for my plumbing needs.
