Technician was very professional, but did not have water pipes connected when he turned on water and it caused stains on my ceiling. Per our agreement, he was supposed to come back to paint my ceiling, but never showed up. I ended up having to buy the paint and do the job myself. Also the technician left a lot of garbage in the attic and didn't replace the insulation that was removed. His pricing is very good though.

I was very pleased with work Michael did at my house and the price was much cheaper than I expected. He informed me about the problem and gave me a couple of options to fix it. He will be used in the future.

I decided to get a tank water heater instead and Michael did a great job. our old water heater dip tube disintegrated and he spent several hours picking the pieces out of our tub hot water line. Michael was diligent, patient and thorough. I will definitely hire him for any other plumbing service we need!

This job wasn't just a drain clean out,there was excuvation and repair of a drain pipe. This was done quickly with little disturbance of my yard. Using video, Michael took the time to examine and show me the failure. He, then unclogged and cleaned the pipe for better view. His repair was made properly and he guarantees his work.

Michael is very knowledgeable and he did not rest until he found the problem..originally thought it would be a $1400 fix but he insisted on finding the real issue..he found the issue and then a good surprise that the job would only be half the cost..he could have charged me more but he is extremely honest and didn't. I told all my homeowner friends to give him a call for all plumbing needs...I trust him completely and he is now my plumber for life
