+ -1 moreMy experience with them was not good. I signed a contract with them and quickly negated it. I had a hard hit from a hailstorm and I needed to do a lot of fixing. They gave us a pseudo estimate. They did not state what they would cover and the only estimate that was specified was roofing. It was an open ended contract and I felt like they weren't being dishonest. I would not recommend them to anyone because I think it's not the way business is done. They were responsive to our calls unlike other companies when we called. They came out quickly.

+ -1 moreAfter contacting 4-5 different contractors to replace our siding due to hail damage, we contacted Runyan. They promptly came and gave us an estimate and started the work within a week. They completed the project in 2 days. The other companies we contacted gave us bids and said they would do the work, but then abandoned us. We never heard from them again. Runyans kept in close contact with us and made numerous phone calls and personal onsite appearances to make sure everything was going well. Runyan also took care of everything as far as dealing with our insurance company and sending paperwork to our mortgage company for payment. We literally had to do nothing.
Description of Work: Runyan replaced our siding and fixed our gutters and downspouts.

+ 0 moreThis was a horrible experience. They were completely unprofessional and did not follow through with anything.
Description of Work: In April a storm damaged the siding and roof of our home. We decided to work with Runyon Exteriors to help us with repairs. We thought we were moving forward in May, providing them with a complete insurance assessment. By early August, the most that we were able to get out of the company was an estimate on the work to be done. As of late September, they have done absolutely nothing. Weeks would pass without contact, despite leaving phone messages or e-mails. Our paperwork "got lost" at least twice in the process. I am giving up on this company in complete disgust.
