We highly recommend Rco T Restoration & Construction Co. Owner Thad Williams was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. We were very happy that Thad was our advocate when dealing with the insurance company and especially the insurance adjuster.

Thad met the adjuster at the curb on the day we had scheduled the appointment. Mr Williams also was extremely helpful when the adjuster had forgotten to add some items that were damaged by the hail storm and made certain we were compensated fairly by the insurance company. We had not gone through the process of roof replacement before and Thad made sure we were educated of how the process would progress at every stage. Rco T Restoration showed up at all the appointed times on time and went to work immediately. At the end of each work day the crew cleaned up just as we were told they would do.

We were so impressed with this company that we referred them to do our neighbors roof next door.

The owner walked me through the entire process from beginning to end.  He explained what his workers would do to begin, how he would be communicating with my insurance company after the adjuster completed his job.  He explained what materials he would be using, provided a free estimate, explained the clean-up process, and even provided an estimate for my fence and my chimney.  He was very honest and forthcoming with helpful information.  His workers were very professional and always on time.  Rcot provided a large trash hauler which was set up on my back driveway to haul away all of the debris.  The job took about a day and a half, the clean-up was done well, but I'm still finding a few nails and small debris, so just expect that to happen.  What I liked most was the fact that I never paid him a dime until the job was finished.  You hear so many horror stories about contractors skipping out with your money and never finishing the job.  Use RCOT Restoration & Construction, you won't regret it.  I love the look of my new roof.

My roof needed to be replaced from hail and wind damage. RcoT Restoration worked well with my insurance company, saving me any headaches trying to deal with them. RcoT provided me with several options and choices. It was only a few days later after my selection that the crew came removed my old roof and replaced it (new turbines as well). His crew took great care to protect my swimming pool and landscaping(including bird houses). The debris and nails were completely picked up. When we have baseball-sized hail again, I'll definitely be calling RcoT.  Fast and easy.. and at a great price.

He also replaced all 4 sky lights, which appeared to be completely undamaged. He said he replaced them because they probably had lost their SEAL, and would eventually fog up if not replaced. A good call- I never would have thought of it, and other contractors might not have revealed such a possibility. He found many such subtleties, and fixed them all while staying under budget.

We had no out of pocket expenses because he understands adjusters. I believe he said he used to BE one. So he knew which forms to file with the insurance company, so as to get them to cover the additional stuff. Probably the best contractor I have ever worked with.

Let me also just  say, "at this juncture," that our insurance company (Travelors) deserves some the praise. After all, they're the ones who reached into their pockets.
