+ -1 moreI can't comment on the quality of their work- which seems to be fairly high based on my research. However, I can comment on the lack of communication and customer service. I emailed Pieper with my information and needs. A few days later, I received an email that I would be contacted. I followed up with a phone call the following week. It's been two weeks since my initial contact and I still have not received any information. I understand if they are unavailable for my needs, and I understand a busy season. Though, I don't understand an inability to let the customer know you are unavailable or that you will follow up later.
Description of Work: Called/emailed to set up landscape design & installation on residential property, tree trimming, and weekly yard maintenance

+ 3 moreAfter going through many landscapers from my home over the years and having to somewhat babysit everyone that has ever come to my home, I have found that not to be the case with this company. Pieper Landscaping is a Wonderful company.They are my landscaper of choice and I use them on a weekly basis and have used them now going on 3 years. Thomas is ALWAYS on the job site when a job is being done and that is because he cares about what he does and that is very important to me. I know that the job is being done and being done right, I dont have to worry about will they do this or that. and I dont because this and that are taken care of. Pieper is a one stop shop for ALL landscaping needs.Very proffesional and A VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY. I can not say enough about this company. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Extensive storm damage. Large limb had to be removed from house and deck, moved to burn pile. Required large equipment and was a dangerous job. Included two hours of tractor work after limb was removed.
