Fierce Cleaning Services

I had hired Home Joy over a week in advance to come clean my house the day before Thanksgiving and they canceled at 6pm the night before the service was scheduled, AFTER most house cleaning services are closed for the day, and certainly after almost everyone is completely booked right before a holiday. I called Lex at Fierce Cleaning and not only did she respond after hours, she made space for me on an already busy day. She was quick to call me back,very professional, soothed my worries and sent an extremely professional cleaner out to do my house, Gillian was wonderful! She was friendly, thorough and timely and more than happy to help me out, even though I'm sure working late the night before a holiday was no picnic for her either! You can feel confident calling Fierce Cleaning Services, they are certainly Fierce about their customer service!

Fierce does a great job. Thorough and very efficient. The house sparkles by the time they leave. The bid process was easy and professional, and I'm particularly impressed with Fierce's checklists telling me exactly what they're going to do for the price charged, and even more impressed that they stick to those checklists, unlike other services I've used where they quickly fall by the wayside. As an interior designer, I'll be pleased to recommend Fierce Cleaning Services to my clients. I just can't say enough good things about Lex and her crew!

She is awesome I heard about her and used her in February for an emergency when my regular cleaning person became ill. She is professional, uses different mops for each home, The best thing though is my house has that beautiful clean smell to it when I come home from work. My floors are so clean they squeak. She makes my life so much easier, I just have to pick up during the week and sweep up the dust bunnies from the animals.
