We were moving cross country to Texas and needed to find a good, knowledgeable Realtor before we moved. We wanted to locate into the south Dallas area and we wanted someone who was highly experienced, highly skilled, and highly knowledgeable about locations, the communities, and the market in the area. We talked with Donna by phone and then selected her as our agent and definitely made the right choice. Donna made herself available as soon as we arrived and provided us with a long list of houses that matched our criteria. We had many specifics that we were looking for, including the type of lot and the characteristics of the house. Donna was excellent in selecting houses that matched as many of our criteria as possible, made suggestions on other houses we might want to see, and was very patient in showing us many houses all over the south Dallas area. Donna is a delightful person and we enjoyed our time with her, and she also is a consummate professional. She really knows her business and as well as fine points of the market and the ins and outs of the south Dallas area. We finally found a house that we wanted, but the owners had just put it on the market and were asking way too much above market rates. Donna did a good job working with the owners to understand what comparable houses in the area were selling for and finding a price we both could live with. She was very helpful with the inspection process and negotiating a fair deal to cover defects in the house.
