Description of Work: They did the initial spray and I needed them to concentrate on scorpions. The person stated that what they sprayed would do the trick. They did not do the powder though because you have to leave the home for an hour and it can come through the vents/light fixtures and into the house...I was not a fan of that anyway. Fingers crossed the spray does it all!!!

+ -1 moreThey are very good. They come as often as you want. You can call them if you need them. They are always prompt. They call to set up an appointment according to your convenience. They call a day before to make sure it's still okay to come at that time or the following day. Before the service the service technicians come, they always give you a call to let you know that they are on their way. They call if they are late for whatever reasons. They are very attentive to details and that makes them little bit top of most people. I intend to use them in the future.
Description of Work: I use Cross Country Pest Control. I have been using their services from probably seven or eight years now. Last time they came out on Tuesday. They do the work inside and outside. Normally they come every three months.
