Description of Work: After completing my service there were lines in carpet. Black lines. When asked why there were lines, they stated that my carpet was worn and old and should be replaced and they lines were from that. The lines were not there before they came. They eventually faded away after a couple of months. It looked like they brought some dirt up to the surface but couldn't get out. After consulting with a tech "that does this more than I do" he came back with the same result. To top it ALL off I had a Val-pack coupon for a discount and they wouldn't honor it because it was a minimal service charge, even though the coupon didn't mention anything about a minimum service charge was not applicable. Very unsatisfied with my experience.

+ -1 moreI was able to schedule the apt within the week. They arrived ahead of scheduled time after a call asking if that was OK. Did a beautiful job of cleaning carpets. Very punctual, proficient, polite, and professional. This was the third time I've used Compton's and will continue to use them in the future. Excellent work.

+ -1 moreI have a water leak from a busted hot water heater. Comptons promptly came out and removed baseboard, checked for moisture, set up fans and de-humidifer. They came back each night (when it was convenient for me) and checked the moisture and fans. They were great. I hightly recommend them.

+ -1 moreI don't recommend them. I called them to come and look at my carpet. I had a hot water heater leak. They checked the carpet and couldn't find anything. I pulled the carpet back and found mold and mildew on the cement board. They told me it would cost $750.00. They told me I needed to rent some fans and humidifiers. When I called the home inspector he looked at it and told me that I could take care of the problem myself. They're responsiveness was great but they didn't get the information correct.
Description of Work: I had them come to my home to give me an estimate.
