 + -1 moreMy old air conditioner was too small to cool my house so they gave me a bigger unit. I thought it was going to cost me a lot more than they actually charged. The air conditioner works great. I always call them if anything goes wrong and they fix the problems.
Description of Work: They replaced my air conditioner and have been servicing it for the last few years.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE NOT AS PROMPT AS IN THE PAST. I WAS PARTICULARLY FRUSTRATED SINCE IT WAS A NEW UNIT. UNTIL THIS TIME, THEY WERE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND STAYED UNTIL THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. THERE WAS NO CHARGE SINCE ALL WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
Description of Work: INSTALLED NEW HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. WHEN TIME CAME TO USE AIR CONDITIONER, IT WAS 1) LEAKING COOLANT; 2) NOT COOLING, REPLACED A PART COVERED UNDER WARRANTY; 3) REPLACED COOLANT. NO PROBLEMS SINCE.
