Scheduling was easy, and Seth called 39 min before he arrived. It took a few minutes to find my tank covers. He completed the work smoothly and professionally. Definitely recommend!

Terrible. We had this company do the septic inspection on a home we were buying. They gave it the all clear. Upon moving into the home our septic flooded 3 times and we have now spent over $1000 on top of multiple insurance and warranty deductibles to have it repaired. When I called to ask how they could have missed all of these problems at the time of inspection the president of the company told me it wasn't their problem. Apparently they only inspect the bare minimum and feel zero accountability for failing to inspect my entire system. I was told I should have made them aware of the pump on the other side of the house if I wanted it inspected. Not a "I'm sorry ma'm for missing this we weren't aware" not an ounce of remorse. For a small town business this man sure is not concerned about customer service or reputation.

We are very happy with Wakefield's service. Their response time when we have an issue is quick, and they are always courteous. I like that the field representative sends and email when they've been to our house, and what work was done.

After arrival the provider and I had a brief conversation pertaining to my situation. He then had his helper obtain a metal probing rod and shelve. With the rod his helper proved the area to confirm the line for one septic tank. He then removed a small amount of dirt so that he was correct and I could see. I proceeded to ask other questions which were answered somewhat. To finish, I asked what would the cost be to perform the job. I was provided a verbal quote which I can't remember. I also if he would provide a bid, but I have not received one.

Seth and his partner were professional, hardworking gentlemen. The were thorough to make sure there would be no complications. Price was a bit high but them guys were awesome.

On a 1 to 10 scale, they're about a 5. He didn't follow through with his appointments. He didn't contact me when he said he was going to contact me. I had to call him to set up the appointments. I may do business with him again, just for his price. But if it was based on his customer service and punctuality, I wouldn't do business with him again. I would recommend him for price alone. He has a decent price. There's nothing I would recommend that's above or outstanding about him at all. They did decent work at a decent price.

Brian and his employee we're very knowledgeable about the issue we we're having with our septic system. They came on a days notice and upon inspection found and fixed a problem that past septic companies and plumbers could not find. I would recommend B&J Wakefield to anyone.

It went well. I liked the response time, so they came here and got everything taken care of. They came here and took care of business and just said we are ready to go to work.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The reason I gave them a B was because it took several phone calls to get someone to come out to inspect my septic system. If an emergency comes up, I will interested to see how quickly hey respond.

They never called back from my request for service.

Brian went out to perform a septic inspection for my client's puchase in Palmer, TX (I am a Real Estate Broker). He was out to inspect and had the report done the very next day. He answered all of my calls and was easy to work with - seems to have a very good knowledge of his line of work and I plan on using him in the future when needed.

Our septic tank was cracked and we knew it would be a pricey replacement. Brian and his crew were out to the house within an hour of my phone call to give us an estimate, and although higher than other bids, his estimate included a more comprehensive and better quality system. On the morning of the work, his team was punctual to the minute, clean, professional, and worked like a well oiled machine! They were informative as to what was happening on our property and by the 2nd day our system was county approved and we were back in the toilet flushing business! B&J Wakefield Services took the stress out of our minds and I knew we had hired the right team for the job when he carefully moved our Pampas Grass bush to another part of the yard for us instead of just digging it up since we had planted it over the septic system! Thanks guys!

They are excellent! I have used 3 or 4 different companies since I have moved in. These people work with me. They are helpful. They come out on time. If something is wrong, they work with me to get it fixed. They don't leave me standing. They will come out whether it is morning, noon, or night. They are excellent people!
