It went very well. Cody was on time answered any questions we had. Explained what he was doing and what was being replaced. Took care of all the paperwork, cleaned up any mess that was made. Also got along with all of our family pets. We were out of air for about 1-2 weeks, before I found him on Angie's list and 1 other reference. We are extremely happy with our unit.

When the original part exploded it sprayed an oily substance all over which made everything else run down. He came out and took care of the problem right away as usual. In November of 2011, our 25-yr old all in one heating and air conditioning unit finally gave out. Cody was able to find a unit that was compatible with where it needed to sit and with the existing duct work, which was pretty difficult. It only took him a day to get the unit though and he came out the next morning to install it. This guy does not let grass grow under his feet. When we called him this August, when it was so incredibly hot, he was still able to be out and take care of us within about 2 hours. We've never had a problem with response time with him ever!

He knows what he is doing and he is very proficient. The last time he came over, he didn’t charge us. He is what every person of that age should be. He was the lowest in comparison; to the other people we called. When we needed to have a new compressor for one of the systems and called some people over to check the same, they didn’t even come to inspect. He is always earlier than his scheduled time. I can’t say anything, but, good things about him. He is very professional. All I can say is that, if someone wants a fair, reasonable and knowledgeable person, he should be called for, because he is the best. I liked him a lot and will use his services in future.

Mr. White strongly EXCEEDED our expectations. He takes "customer service" to a whole new level. We had called several different AC/Heat companies locally including one that had previously serviced our other two units at the estate. We selected Mr. White based upon several factors including his ability to obtain the condensor in a matter of a day or two (while others STILL HAVEN"T BEEN ABLE TO LOCATE ONE) and even came out on a Saturday with an assistant to repair because of a delay at the distributor. Mr. White's response time from the time we initally called him until the time he arrived was the same day which was simply outstanding. When there was a slight delay of one day in receiving the unit from the distribution center, Mr. White immediately called us to let us know of the delay. This saved us an entire day of waiting for him. This is unheard of. When Mr. White states he will arrive at a specific time - he does. I cannot speak highly enough of the Mr. White's professionalism, communication, dedication to customer service and his expertise in what was an extremely difficult task. I would highly recommend him and plan to use him when the need arises again.
