The lawn service was ok but they changed the day (not due to rain as a day earlier) without notice. Took an age to respond to emails, comms not great.

They are a very busy landscape company. Had to call several times but they always returned my phone call. Came out after making 3 appointments. I would use them again. Good work and very professional.

We had to wait a month before R&A could get a crew to us. It is a busy spring and we waited too late to call so had to go on their wait list. When the crew arrived they went right to work in a professional manner. The initial sprinkler check and adjust was $29.90. They identified all my problem areas and gave me an immediate cost estimate. I felt it was very reasonable and about the cost of what I could purchase materials for myself at Lowe's, so gave them the ok to fix all the problems. The crew was complete in about 2 1/2 hours including digging up pipe and replacing. When they left I noticed one of the sprinkler heads wasn't working right and called the main number and left a message. There was a little phone back and forth as we missed each other and got voicemail. But first thing the next morning the crew was back out and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. Overall I was impressed with the sprinkler service and excellent price of $151 total. I could have done it myself but it would have taken me a week of frustration and then cost for materials. Phone communications were challenging at times, but everyone was professional. Both Fabio and Doc called me to ensure the job was done correctly and to make sure I was satisfied. I definitely recommend giving R&A Landscaping a call for your sprinklers.

Fabio and his crew are excellent. They provide a great service at a fair price. We have used them for the past 5 years and remain very satisfied. We also use R&A for landscaping and are equally impressed.

R & A Landscaping did a great job hanging Christmas lights on our house and for a very reasonable price. I purchased new LED lights from R & A this year and they were very helpful while I picked out colors and patterns. They were also a phone call away if I had a question or needed something. Installation only took a few hours and they showed up on time. I have already scheduled my date for 2013 installation.

The crew is always efficient and effective for a very reasonable price. Our lawn has numerous trees as well as a terraced area that's "higher" than the rest of the lawn, but R&A handles it just fine every time. They also include edging, weed-whacking, and blowing the sidewalks and driveway each time for the above price. I plan to continue using this provider for the foreseeable future.

They did a great job. Everything was as we discussed in advance. Two crew members did most of the work, and he sent two additional at the end of the day to help finish on time. Clean up was great. He also sent the two men back on another day to finish some minor trimming that did not get done. Everything was done beautifully, and all the crew members were very professional. The only problem was that the first two gentlemen did not speak or understand English very well and at one point left the back gate open. This happened on the return visit, and luckily I returned home before the dog had a chance to get out. It tried to make it clear that the gate needed to be closed at all times because of the dog.

Good job but did not do thorough job on trimming on wrought iron fence.

We had to fire due to unresponsiveness. There is a communication breakdown between owner and workers. We tried to schedule service for weeks until I finally had to do it myself.

R and A landscaping is the best I have found in five years. I signed up for their annual contract and I am very pleased with their monthly service. During the winter they cleaned all the leaves, trim my roses, and apply winter fertilizer. In the spring time they aerate and fertilize the lawn. My grass is a deep lush green and I am a proud homeowner. One special note is I have a goldfish pond and R and A has taken extra care not to blow grass into the pond.

Got name of business from Angies List. Contacted business got a prompt reply and estimate of cost of services. Retained business to provide weekly lawn mowing and maintenance. Company provided the requested services in a timely and professional matter. Great service.

We have had R & A Landscaping install holiday lights for the past several years and have been very satisfied. We have referred the company to several neighbors and many of us on the block use them. When we had our lights removed this past season, they were careless in removing the lights off of the rain gutter and pulled the lights down leaving a dent in the gutter. I approached the employee who did the work and he made excuses. We phoned Fabio (the owner) to tell him of the problem. He came out on 1/5 and said he would be back the following Monday to repair or replace the gutter. That would have been Jan.7. He did not come out or call. My husband and I have called the office, his cell and texted him numerous times throughout the past two weeks. He left a message once that he would be out on 1/18. He did not come or call again. We are very unhappy with the lack of follow up and the fact that the employees were so careless in removing the lights.

We have been with this company for three years. They come up every week. They come in and mow, they edge and they relay. There is nothing that I do not like about them.

They did a package deal. For a monthly rate, they would include all services, including spring and fall clean up, trimming, and tree services. They do all the mowing, edging, weeding, shrubbery, and more. They also bag up everything and take it away. They maintain all of the trimmings as well. I will continue to use them.

He is very honest, very truthful. If the yard is not ready to be mowed when he comes out, he waits and comes back again later when it does need it. He does very good work and cleans up behind him. We have been with him for 6 years and will continue to use him.

R&A Landscaping has been doing our mowing and edging beginning the Spring of 2010. We have tried different services for 10 years, but none have compared to this company. We have had people in our neighborhood call to get their number they are so impressed with the way our yard looks. We will be calling them to get an estimate on other yard services they advertise.
