The lady who answered the phone was friendly and professional. Turns out she is Greg's wife. She assured me Greg would be at my house that afternoon. He showed up promptly and conducted himself in a gregarious, professional manner. He assured me he could do the job without difficulties. I made an appointment for him to return the next day to make the repairs. Again, he was punctual and professional. In fact, before he left I felt I had made a new friend, not just a man doing a job for me. He ended up repairing two leaks under my house and took care of an issue under my sink where the hot water lines had to be replaced along with the connectors to the faucet and dishwasher. His charge was commensurate, I believe, with other plumbers, and he even offered me a discount since I'm an older gentleman who lives on a fixed income and who can hardly walk. I assured him I would be able to pay what he charged. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

I called Friday to make an apt for the following Wed. No Greg. Ok how about the next day ? He finally showed up. So during that apt we agreed that he would come back Mon. Mon rolls around and no Greg. So I called him again to get him out the next day. So far this guy is not very responsible & definitely not very dependable. The real kicker was that soon after he left, one of the toilets started leaking. I tried for 5 day to get a hold of him. I finally gave up & got another plumber to tune of another $400. to fix the mess he left me. So how did it go ? Not very well.
