I think it went well. Took about a full day to replace. Started Friday and finished Saturday morning. No surprises. Jason was great. Good customer service and followed up routinely throughout the process and answered any questions I had. His team did a great job. They cleaned up after the work and were real thorough getting everything off the lawn. Very pleased with the work.

We are very happy with JFW Roofing Jason for the work they did replacing our old roof. We selected them based on a friend recommendation who hired them to replace their roof. Jason was very responsive and answered all our questions and concerns. We got on the schedule earlier than expected. The workers did a quality job despite working in 100 degrees weather, ensured the roof had straight lines and even fixed problems in the attic caused by previous roofers we hired for repairs after Harvey. They didn’t rush to finish and I appreciated the cleaning during the work and at the end, including sweeping for loose nails in our backyard to protect our dogs. I worked with few roofing contractors in the past 4 years trying to get approval from insurance and hire them to replace the roof. I found JWF Roofing Jason to be easy to work with, responsive and reliable and would highly recommend them. My friends and family in need for roof replacement already have their contact.

Had a few shingles missing after a storm. They gave me a fair price and got the work done quickly. Would hire them again

I received 3 bids for my roof. JWF's was by far the lowest. When the other roofers heard they didn't get the bid, they asked me why, and I said, "your price was too high." They said I was being "low-balled," and that, before the job was finished, they said I would see "add-ons" for the things included in their bids, like flashing and trim. That never happened. JWF kept its word on price. It also went above and beyond. Its bid came in on April 3rd. Between the time I got the bid and accepted it (about one month later), JWF told us our # 1 choice for the shingle wasn't widely available and suggested we switch to a new style. I told the owner that my wife really liked "our # 1 choice," so JWF got those materials another way and installed the shingle we wanted. When they arrived, JWF confirmed those were the shingles we wanted (they were). It also finished on time. JWF promised a two- to three-day job to complete. It finished in 3 days (our house has a large, steep roof, which makes replacing it tricky). JWF's workers arrived each day around 6:30 a.m. and worked until dusk. JWF's owner checked-in on them regularly, though that was necessary as it turned out, because JWF's crew is first-rate. Finally, it went above and beyond. A lot of companies use that term to the point it's almost meaningless, but JWF really did go above and beyond, replacing all the flashing as necessary, installing new vents as needed (six of the eight), and putting everything back where it belonged, even attaching a gutter downspout that we hadn't realized had become detached before JWF got started. If it weren't for the awesome look the new roof gives the home, you wouldn't even know we had a major work done to our home. In short, JWF finished on-time, on-budget and installed a high-quality roof, and the house looks better today than it did before JWF did the job. My wife and I couldn't be happier. While we don't want to install a new roof any time soon, if we ever need to, we'll be calling JWF. There really should be a "6-Star" rating for companies like JWF. Paul S

These guys did an outstanding job putting this roof on and they were very communicative throughout the entire process if any issues arose. My mother-in-law was already laying out the next projects she wants them to do for her before they had fully finished cleaning up! Speaking of, they left the yard as if they were never there in the first place, not a single nail or piece of debris in sight!

Job was done quickly and cleanly. Jason made himself available to answer any question I had. Will definitely use him again in the future.
