Waco Chimney Sweep

He arrived on time. Clean the chimney. Left no mess. Inspected another chimney.

I did not hire Waco Chimney Sweep to clean my chimney. They quoted me $299 for a basic annual sweep & inspection. They charge more than double what I ended up paying to have my chimney cleaned.

Great. The guys were friendly and professional.

Outstanding! Called them at the last minute and like the Cavalry, they came to the rescue. We sold our home and had to make the above repairs to the chimney. We originally had them only seal the flashing, but we forgot to tell our general contractor to replace the rotting wood around the chimney. 2 days before closing, our realtor let us know this work hadn't been done. I frantically called around 5 PM 2 days before closing and explained the situation. They did the job and we were able to close! Would definitely do business with them and again give them my HIGHEST recommendation!!

I called Waco Chimney Sweep and emailed them to find out if they repaired dryer vents. I never heard from them. I even called and left messages. No response. Don't use them. Customer service is lousy.

Arrived on time. Did a thorough inspection, did a good job cleaning the flue and left the area very clean.

Tony was responsive and professional from the very first call. He arrived on time and inspected two chimneys. One was sealed off by the home's previous owner, and the other needed a cap and new gas valve due to age and rot. Tony explained the various stages of chimney build-up, reviewed all of our options with us, and offered vendor recommendations for services he doesn't provide (replacing gas valves). We ordered a cap to be installed on one chimney ($150) and he proceeded to clean out the remaining chimney. He did it respectfully and cautiously, taking great care not to get the house dirty. He is a locally owned business and takes a lot of pride in his work. I recommend him highly.

Tony came on time, sealed the hearth with plastic, went on the roof and swept down the chimney. Came inside and carefully vacuumed the debris. Some smell but to be expected. Went back on roof and sealed a water leak in the brick, nailed down some loose flashing. Recommended the addition of a chimney cap but said it was easy to install by the owner. Cleaned out the dryer vent which was very dirty. Quality of work was excellent
