It took a few weeks for Nick to get started, but he told me upfront that this would be the case. He had other jobs lined up ahead of me and he started my job when he said he would. He told me on our first meeting that he was never on time, but he completed the job in the time frame quoted and I never sat wondering where he was or if he would show. The job probably would have been finished a couple of days sooner, but shower doors came in a day late and rain prevented the marble transport by a day. We very quickly worked into a comfortable schedule and he and his right hand, Dustin, arrived at approximately the same time each day, and worked all day, save for a short lunch. He had no other employees and all work is done by Nick with Dustin's help. They cleaned up each day before they left and I never felt like I had to clean up after them. I chose TBR because when Nick first came and looked at my sad little shower and bathroom, he had a variety of ideas and he seemed positive that he could give me what I wanted. He took the time to listen and truly hear what I wanted and he gave me advice and suggestions on things that I would have never thought of. He went shopping with me for the various fixtures and pointed out which products were well received by other customers and which ones he found to be unpopular. He is the type of person who is meticulous in his work and it really shows in the overall results. There were no surprises and I couldn't be happier. He transformed my bathroom from a tiny, stuffy room with a corner shower smaller than one found in a motorhome to the most awesome shower ever with a rainmaker overhead, as well as a regular shower head and handheld. The entire room is now bright and seems larger. I am so happy with the work that was done and I am glad that we found TBR. Thank you Nick and Dustin!

We wanted to completely remodel and update our 60s bathroom. Nick had some great suggestions on how to increase space in the bathroom without increasing the square footage in the room. Nearly all the plumbing was reconfigured. By removing the tub, moving the shower and repositioning the toilet, we could have a much more spacious room. It was initially a tough decision because of the price, but it was definitely worth it for the space we gained. The job took approximately 3 weeks. Nick and his partner explained everything they did at the end of each work day and encouraged us to come and inspect things for ourselves as the job progressed. They were friendly and didn't mind me hanging out and watching things from time to time. The contract was very clear on which items they would provide and which ones we were responsible for. They were exactly on time almost every morning, and I was never left wondering where the contractors were. There was always a lot of communication whenever anything changed. Mr. Kirkpatrick was very patient with us and took time to explain anything we had questions about. This is the first major remodel we have ever done, and we appreciated his, patience and understanding. We are very happy with the end result. While i can definitely say the massive remodel was a stressful experience, Nick understood and tried his best to make the whole process go as smoothly as possible. We are glad that we chose TBR, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else wanting to overhaul a dated bathroom. The amount of space in our new shower is mind blowing! My husband no longer has to hunch under the shower head, or bend low to use the sink. The cultured marble is very attractive, and we have no complaints. If we ever decide to remodel the guest bath, we will be calling up TBR again!

Nick Kirkpatrick and his crew did an excellent job! Nick is very personable and has lots of ideas and suggestions for someone like me who has ideas about what I want, but not details. He really listens to what you want and pays attention to details to make sure the finished product looks great and is satisfactory to the home owner. My husband and I absolutely love our new bathroom and would recommend Nick Kirkpatrick TBR to anyone needing a bathroom remodel!

They came out and did a good job. We were pleased with them, and I would recommend them.

The owner, NIck Kirkpatrick, arrived within a half hour after I called to give us an estimate. We were surprised at how reasonable it was. He and a co-worker started the job the following Monday and would have been finished by Saturday, but rain delayed the final installation until the next Monday. That was still faster than we expected. We used the man-made cultured marble and were able to visit the fabricating facility to pick out the color and pattern we wanted. The pieces were custom made to fit our bathroom and fit perfectly. The shower has two hand rails, a seat, glass sliding doors and a hand-held shower head.We are very pleased with the result.

They came when they said they would and finished in a timely manner. What really surprised me was how beautiful the shower stall is. It's cultured marble and looks wonderful. These are the guys to hire if you want a great job done.

The estimate they gave me was about $1800. I liked them and when I decide to have the work done I am going to use them. The gentleman that came out to give me an estimate was good and there were no complications. I am going to use them.
