I could not ask for a better outcome! They even found same size of flooring and used it in a closet that did not have original wood floors. Their risers and threshold work is awesome! They are very professional, prompt and work long hours until you are satisfied with their work. I will use them anytime in the future that I am in the market for wood floors. I now have wood floors throughout my home and ^ it makes a world of difference. THANK YOU both for a thorough and worry-free job!!

The experience went fine. The price was reasonable. I liked them, they were good, did a good job and it was quality work.

We actually had a major leak causing several of the boards to ripple. But as I said, we decided not to fix it now b/c it would mean doing the whole floor over, moving out all furniture and contents etc.

Taylor Flooring refinished my stairs and landing about one year ago and did an excellent job. I called on them again to refinish a railing and banister on that staircase after replacing the balusters with metal. It did take quite a while for them to get to me and more time to determine if they could actually do the work as it required removing old paint, sanding and refinishing with much detail. When he did return to do the work it was a perfect match with the stain on the stairs. They did a beautiful job and I would definitely hire them again.

Doug and his crew did an amazing job refinishing my nasty parquet floors. They also laid some tile for me. They were on time every morning and cleaned up every night. Very good experience.
