Quality is excellent, but communication with me was sometimes not what I expect for a job at this price / quality level. I know that's typical of the construction industry as a whole, but I was hoping for more from a high-end builder. We are, however, very pleased with the finished product. Just plan some extra time, some extra money, and some extra patience and you'll be fine.
Description of Work: They designed and built a pool and cabana for us and it turned out great.

Description of Work: They are not the cheapest. But you get what you pay for. Their level of customization and attentiveness is superb. At one point, they even contacted a homeowner to see if that person had a spare can of paint so that we could match the color of a paint that had been discontinued. They coddle you and truly treat the project as momentous, which it is to the customer.
