Excellent installation technique. All staff very professional. Expensive project but as they say - you get what you pay for!
Description of Work: Installed new solid wood front door with two sidelights (Glasscraft product with beveled leaded glass designs). Took several weeks from order to installation but worth the wait.

I had a quote from him and I could not financially do it for quite a while and then 6 months later, maybe January 2012 I did $6000 worth of windows since my house I old. They were very kind, very professional, explained everything very well. First I had him to come out and see one window and he just replaced the large front window and it was $400 to just replace that. Then I went to one of the departmental store one day and they came out and quoted $800 for one window and I had called two other people who did not call back and finally one guy did call back and he came over and he quoted $1200 for the same window. So I decided that would replace all the windows and I never thought that just one commodity has that broad a price range. I did the back window through another provider and the reason why was because they had a big sale of windows going on and it matched the other windows. ROI Home improvements did a great job and the only reason why I did not call him for the back of the house was because I was having some remodeling work done which he did not necessarily do.

Thank you so much for your kind words. We certainly understand that we can't always be the one to get your business, but we try! There are pros and cons to only doing windows and doors. We are not always the lowest bid, but we try to explain our costs - showing you pricing out of the book, hiring employees instead of subcontracting to someone else, grades of windows, etc. so it makes sense. We typically have a nice package for any budget. Just for future reference, on a job that a homeowner is looking for windows as well as other remodeling, we work with some very good contractors that do the work we do not, and we are glad to share their contact information and you can decide if they are right for your job.
