+ -1 moreThe entire experience went as smoothy as can be expected. The company continues to avail themselves to my needs after 9 months. They claim to be 'Your Personal Real Estate Consultants .... For Life". The attention I was give made me feel I was as important as any other client they may serve. Thanks to Mr. Burns and the company, I made a satisfying purchase and as a first-time buyer, it was nothing short of a pleasure thanks to this organization and its stafff.
Description of Work: Mr. Burns was the real estate agent representing me, the buyer, if a residential home in Waco, TX. He helped me find the 'just right' house, a VA loan, inspector, insurance and title company. He assisted in getting required repairs done (at a remarkable price), met a deadline in closing, and followed up very professionally. He was conveniently available to answer questions and notify me of developments throughout the entire process.
