Didn’t expect the issue to be addressed and fixed so quickly. Was contacted in the evening, technician showed up first thing the next morning, and issue was resolved in 40 minutes. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service and the team.

I was very impressed that they received the ticket & came that afternoon in rush hour traffic. Completed the fix after normal work hours I'm sure. Able to repair the garage door without ordering new parts.
