Description of Work: Very poor customer service. Was told every day for a week they would be out the next day. Finally after waiting a week service tech (Johnny called). I said, been waiting for a week and Johnny started laughing. I said what's so funny. He said "with you without air for a week". From the beginning this company has been very unprofessional from the start to the end. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

 + -1 moreThey gave an estimate without charge and when I asked them to do the repair work they did the work and came in with a cost that matched their estimate. I had a little trouble getting them to come do the work, (2 phone calls) I suspect because they had given the estimate to my broker and were unsure who I was when I called. Everything works . I'm pleased with their work.
Description of Work: I asked that they review an air conditioning/heating system that was not operating in a house I was considering purchasing. After they estimated the repair cost I bought the home and had them do the repair work
