+ -1 moreThe door was in worse condition than it was in before. After I contacted Marvin in regards to these issues he said he would come back and fix the two rotten boards and paint for $500, and fix the door for free. He also said he would guarantee that the door would work perfectly when it was finished and if I wasn't satisfied he would fix it until I was. I waited for him all weekend to do this and he never came.
Description of Work: I needed two boards replaced, and my front door fixed. I contacted Marvin and he hired subcontracters to do the jobs that he couldn't complete. The subcontractor came and did some repairs.

Description of Work: He patched a hole in the ceiling, wiring over the fireplace for a TV, moved a chandilier in the dining room and re-textured it, he textured the entry way wall.
